Astrology, Faith And The 12th House: When Does A Problem End And What Happens After?
Commenting on the comments
Lynn writes regarding my idea that all problems are resolved through the 12th house:
“I know from personal experience that when I pass to the 12th house without the full gut- wrenching turn of the wheel I know that someone or something will remind me that I may have thrown away the key to that karmic chapter in my life but the window is still open!
How do you know when it’s over? That it’s due for the 12th house or whether it’s one more go round the block?”
Lynn - Hi (I think you are new) and thanks for this. That’s a great question but the part about the window still being open is something that occurred to me that I had left out.
For example the fact you accept a relationship is gone does not mean it does not, will not, cannot come back into being! There (probably) really is no end. The relationship may come back in this life or in the next or the next after that. The possibilities are endless and this is the 12th house defined. Faith! Don’t worry, the universe has your back!
”How do you know when it’s over?”
In my case, I find out something is over when it comes to me on the wind. That’s what I call things that just flow in. I have no idea where it comes from but in my case the release is never gut-wrenching because I am in the 11th house before I hit the 12th. I am detached, that is. In preparation.
Can anyone add to this?

Wherever You Go… Your People Are There
Astrology in real life
This is another post, its sole purpose to reassure. About 25 years ago I was leaving the city where I grew up for a small town of 35,000 people. I had some concerns over finding people I could relate to in such a small pool but the Aquarian I was dating at the time reassured me in this way: (This is from my book by the way)
“You miss me? Then why do you think I should go?”
“So you can be happy,” he said.
“There won’t be anyone there like you. How am I going to laugh? I’m not going to have any Capital F F fun.”
“Elsa, that’s not true. Of course you’ll have Capital F F fun. You are Capital F F Fun. I’m going to be stuck here with Cousin…”

Faith And The Flow Of Information… Virgo And Pisces, Mercury In Pisces, Mercury In The 12th…
Astrology in real life…
Mercury (information) is in Pisces (faith) at the moment and the soldier and I were discussing how things get communicated. Turns out we both agree it is often in your best interest to not go out looking for information.
For example, I have all this court stuff going on right now. I have meetings being scheduled left and right. There are all kinds of people in all kinds of committees making all kinds of decisions that affect my life. If I tried to track them all I would do nothing but track them all but as is, I just rely on someone to call me when my number comes up. This is very hard to do. I think human nature wants to know what is going on and the faith method does have some risks. However I think the benefits outweigh them.
“I’ve noticed if you do nothing, you do tend to find things out in time generally speaking,” I said. “One way or the other. Sometimes you find out in a dream, or in your case you may get it via your antenna (his psychic ability). One way or the other what you need to know, you do seem to find out and in plenty of time.”
“I have always felt that way,” he said.
“Yeah, especially in times of stress the last thing you need is a bunch of minutiae. I have just seen this over and over, you do find out what you need to know and always in plenty of time. I imagine we have both been spared all kinds of things living this way…”
How do you handle the flow of information? Where is Mercury in your chart?

Pisces, Faith, Jupiter And Your Beliefs - Fifteen Minutes Later
Ask the collective
My friend and I finished that conversation both of us convinced and in agreement the man in question should be given the benefit of the doubt and 15 minutes later she brought it up again.
“No, we have already talked about that,” I said. “It’s like we just tested you for breast cancer, you don’t have it. We tested, you’re clear, you don’t need another test because that last one was definitive.”
She laughed. “Yeah! You get a mammogram and they say you don’t have cancer you don’t keep going back every week…”
“Right. Don’t worry about this. I really grilled you, there was no stone unturned. The guy is clean.”
“Okay, that’s good. I’m not going to worry about it.”
Do you go back and test and test and test and re-test? If so why, and where is your Jupiter?

Pisces, Faith, Jupiter And Your Beliefs
Ask the collective
I had a situation come up with one of my friends. She was in a circumstance where it seemed someone she knew and liked was up to no good. The evidence was extremely incriminating. 9 out of 10 people would vote to convict, I’d say which makes it very hard to be the one standing alone to defend. Might you be a fool?
Being as I am her friend I argued for about a half hour, the 90% side of this, against her faith. This may sound cruel but it was requested because if she were in denial about this thing it would come down on her pretty hard when the veil lifted so I probed and prodded every nook I could find while she continued to stand up for the guy. Finally, I became convinced.

Faith When It Pays: Acknowledging Pisces… And Virgo
Astrology in real life…

I wrote about faith and have those posts loaded ahead for the next day or so. I’ll be leaving my hologram self in charge of this blog for a few days while we travel but on the same subject, I was talking to satori the other night about the soldier’s move and the whole way this turned out.
“Can you believe this is coming out like this? I can barely believe it. Do you remember 2003 when we had that separation?”
“Yes,” she said emphatically. “Yes, it was bad.”

Now it’s a big job deciding whether to talk or write. I’d rather talk, I sliced my finger open today which makes it hard to type, but I just look so haggard.
I don’t mind my appearance. I don’t mind looking however but after my crying and so forth… well I guess I figure you’ve seen enough emotion out of me for at least a day or two anyway. And I do feel emotional about this topic so would probably drift on camera if I tried to cover it in that form. The upside is now that you’ve heard my speech, I write as if I were talking which is something I really enjoy. Continue reading For Pure Inspiration, Courtesy Jupiter Rising

The Soldier And The Waiter And The Grand Cross In Action
Astrology in Real Life…
Now you know the soldier has gathered songs about me and has his entire life. (The Box) What you don’t know is what a constant, unending quest this is. In the old days he would be in third world and have a song come to him and try to find it there, generally with very little luck. In other cases, he would find the song somewhere it never should have been but no matter what, once he had a song in his head he was hell bent to find it, and own it and he’s been at this 30 years.
With that in mind, we were in the Mexican restaurant waiting for our takeout when the gay waiter was talking to him… an immigrant. The soldier started talking out of the blue sky about how he heard this song years ago and always wanted to have it. He mentioned the band’s name in Spanish. Astrology Today: Star Trek Chess - Faith vs Fretting
My eye on the sky…
My eye on the sky…
The Moon is in Pisces but there is nothing laid back about it considering its heading into aspect with Uranus (unpredictable), Jupiter (large), and then Mars (anger) and Pluto (eruption) over the weekend. I would say, poke those with planets at the mid to late degrees of the mutable signs (Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, Pisces) at your own risk.
Meanwhile the Sun is forming a T-square with the Saturn Neptune opposition and virtually all of us are caught in something we cannot escape… especially Scorpio who fills in this Grand Cross in the Fixed signs.
You can compare this to Star Trek chess. It’s a dynamic game with various levels of things going on and the smarter you are the more you perceive this. But there is also no need to fret, provided you have faith. Faith that everything works out for the best in the end, because it does.

Struggling With The Loss Of His Mother and His Aunt: Aries Sun, Venus in the 8th House
Hi Elsa,
My mother and my aunt passed away last year, and I am having difficulty accepting this as well as dealing with life in general. I get rather down, depressed, and feel hopeless.
I want some kind of connection with them and to know how they are doing (I guess that seems rather odd). Also, I was not there when either one passed and I feel so terrible about that. I guess I need to know that they know this.
I am not expecting miracles, but what is the best way to approach this and get myself better in the process?
Thanks,
Mourning
United States
Dear Mourning,
What an excellent question. I am very sorry for your loss and first need to tell you I have no ability connect with someone who has passed and transfer information. So I can’t tell you what your mother or your aunt may or may not know but I still think I may be able to help.
Having encountered more than my share of death in this life, I’ve been forced to develop some kind of philosophy about this because my natural reaction to loss was very similar to what you are experiencing. I just could not parse the deaths in my life and resolve them in a way that could bring me lasting peace. And part of the reason was that like in your case, the deaths came one after another, my feelings cascaded and I could not keep up.
But eventually I did find a way of seeing things that brought me a calm understanding around death that has held for about 15 years - so I’ll share it with you in the hope it helps.
You say you want some kind of connection with these women and with Venus (love/female) in the 8th (death/inheritance), the fact is that their energy flows very naturally to you. People with planets in the 8th house inherit the energy of the dead and carry their legacy whether they are aware of not. And since this is exactly what you’re seeking, this seems a fairly easy thing to resolve. Their energy is with you and I only need make you aware of this.
See when someone dies, that’s their body. There goes their body; they can no longer use it, but what about their energy? Their energy is still with us. And if you wonder if this is true, just think of a writer. The writer is dead, but their book is with us and anytime someone reads that book, they access the dead person’s energy. Their energy is right there, in their hands. So how can you say this person is gone? Their body is gone, their energy is here.
But what if the person did not write a book? No problem. They did something.
In this case, your mother had a baby: you. You are her energy. She made you just like that writer made that book. So how can she be gone when you’re still here? You are wearing her face, don’t you know this? Go look in the mirror and see your mother.
Further, I happen to know that you write. And don’t your mother’s words come through you at times? Don’t you use her phrasing or rephrase her ideas at times? If so, how can you say she’s not here? She is coming through you all the time. You express her energy… constantly. People who knew your mother look at you and see your mother so how can you say she is gone?
My grandfather (Henry) haunts this blog. When he died, I nearly died. But Henry has gone nowhere. Oh, his body is gone but he lives through me. I would not be me had he not been my grandfather, and I am here impacting people everyday - empowered by Henry who is dead. I am Henry’s legacy. And when I die, Henry will still live through my children and through the people who have read here and been moved by what I have to say which originated in Henry… and the person before Henry and the person before him (or her).
So this is my advice:come to see the truth. You are your mother and your aunt. You are an amalgamation of them and others and none of these people can ever leave you or you them, and mad?? You think they may be mad because you were not there when they died?
How do you know you weren’t there when they died? You may very well have been the last thing that crossed their minds. You’re the man with Venus in the 8th. You may have kissed them both sweetly right before they died. The physical body is joke. We are dealing with souls here.
I say, go live. You are what your mother has left behind to carry her energy and her message forward. You can honor the dead by living the best life you can on the on the energy they’ve bequeathed you. How can you love your lost ones and do anything less?
Much love and good luck.
