Elsa P, The Scarecrow Bear: Comeuppance Delivered by the Supposedly Dis-empowered.
Astrology in real life
This may be hard to understand. I hope not because I think it’s funny.
The other day I was in court and I slaughtered the opposition. I mean it was a total bloodletting. It was a dramatic (Mars in Leo) performance that left the people persecuting so carved up they could not recover… and totally deserved.

Another Synchronicity (and more evidence of my competitave nature)
Astrology in real life
I was talking to the soldier about a client, she has court next week.
“I like to talk to these women before court,” I said. “I really like to make sure they’re shored up and ready. I ask them if they have an attorney and they usually do but that doesn’t mean anything. Doesn’t mean they have a good one. I mean the attorney takes the case whether he (or she) knows what they are doing, anyone with any brains who has ever called around looking for one knows this. They tell you some crap and say, hire me. They are in sales basically and I guess they plan to learn on the job because…”

Astrology In Real Life: Aquarius Married to Aquarius - The Blue Streak
Astrology in real life
Pulling this up for my sister because she knows these people…
My parents are both Aquarians. My mother is a double Aquarius and my father is also Aquarius with four planets and his n. node in the sign. That’s a lot of Aquarius!
I wrote this in 2002. HQ wanted this in my book but after much debate, it got cut. It was a story in the middle of a story and while I used to write like this, Saturn came along and forced structure and discipline.

Pluto Transit To The Moon - Mine: Court Tomorrow
Astrology in real life
I have to go to court tomorrow and have been dreading it for more than month. More than 2 months actually. Matter of fact I have a friend, it’s her birthday tomorrow and I told her weeks ago I would be in court on her birthday and that it was going to be a problem. I went as far as to send her a greeting ahead of time on the chance I be too devastated to deliver on schedule.

Hi Ho! Hi Ho! It’s Off To Court I Go!
Ask the collective
I have court today and it always goes well, always but I always stress myself right out of my mind. It is as if I think if I am the least bit cocky or confident, the judge will burn me down even though I have yet to meet a judge who didn’t like me and I mean enormously. If I could fare 1/10 as well with the general public, well I’d be swingin’ my hair all over the place.
It’s a really good court day as far as the sky is concerned and I think it’s funny how a person can have a quirk like this. For example, I can’t get the soldier to be concerned for me or anything because I have never had a problem in court in my life yet I feel sick in advance without fail.
Is there a circumstance or a scenario that sets you off for no discernible reason? How do you explain it?

Astrology And Violence: Crimes Of Passion… No, I Don’t Think They Exist
Astrology in real life
I was surprised at the results of the Crimes Of Passion poll (repeated below). Only very few of you (7% at the time of this writing) believe there is no such thing as a crime of passion which has actually pretty much been proven. I lost my mind and killed her? Turns out this is something criminals tell juries and judges and lawyers but it is not what they tell Lonnie Athens.
Lonnie Athens is what you call a maverick in the criminology field and I was introduced to him by HQ some years ago just in case you think all HQ does is build websites. Actually he reads 3 books a week and knowing I am interested in violence, crime, sociopaths and so forth, he sent me Lonnie’s book(s).

Astrology And Dating: Dumped By A Scorpio - Actually It’s No Joke…
Astrology in real life
Loonsounds wrote on Astro-Humor: Dumping Your Lover Around The Zodiac:
“Dumped by Scorpio You come home and your keys don’t work. When you try to break in the police come and arrest you for violation of a restraining order you didn’t know existed….”
Now this actually happened to me. Yep. I had a Scorpio file a bogus restraining order on me and furthermore show up in court with this woman (a mother figure, he had a 4th house Sun) damned near holding his hand as if he were actually scared of me or something. I was flabbergasted, there is no other word for it and boy did that judge ream him out.

Astrology And Conflict: It’s Another Day In Court And The Gambler Shows Up
Astrology in real life
I went to court yesterday with this song in my head, “Hi ho! Hi ho! It’s off to court I go!” Not that I think court is fun… it is more like heading off to your own execution but since it’s inevitable and all…
I expected things to go well for a myriad of reasons. One of them was yesterday’s grand trine in Earth which aspect my chart nicely and sure enough…
Well if you go to court for one of those cattle call things where you have no idea when your case will be called and your case is called first - then this is luck, yes? But my luck was even better than that as my case was not actually called at all.
Instead all the parties had a pow-wow and decided we all agreed to this, this and that and as soon as the judge walked in the prosecutor has him sign the order… we have another court date in 90 days. And I have to tell you this felt like a payday. I felt I was being paid for my ability to get along with people which is a comment on the Aries/ Libra axis.
The verse (from Kenny Rogers, “The Gambler”) goes:
“You got to know when to hold ‘em, know when to fold ‘em,
Know when to walk away and know when to run…”
Fight or compromise? Which function is most in line with your nature? Got Aries? What about Libra?

Hot Type, Hot Talk… Mars Conjuncts Mercury In Libra, September 2008
Astrology in real life
Speaking of information coming to you in strange ways… a few weeks ago, I was talking to the soldier…
“Yeah, well I just told her,” I said. “I told her straight out. I told her up and down and the whole way it was… I pretty much told her everything I knew.”
“What did she say?”
“Well she was astounded as she’s been all along. She’s been on to me since the beginning. She knows I know what I’m talking about and she’s trying to learn all she can. She’s got ears wide open. She’s a young woman and she knows she’s got the case… well this is probably the case of her career. Her entire career, she’ll never see this again.”

Venus In Pisces Opposite Saturn In Virgo: Defining Your Tastes
Astrology in real life
Getting beat up in many ways by Saturn’s opposition to Venus in Pisces however I can see how some things are getting straightened out. Now I have Venus in aspect to Neptune which would indicate tastes that morph and the relationship I am in has a lot to say about the direction. I have changed relationships in the last year or so but my wardrobe has not caught up. Venus Neptune is notorious for confusion and under the current sky I feel pressured to focus on this and figure it out (Saturn in Virgo).
“Well I have no need to look that good anymore. I was walking around like I belonged in a painting all the time and while I am glad I learned to do that, I just don’t have the need anymore.”
“I understand.”
I was talking about my days with the AMF who was a painter. He really taught me how to put clothes together.
