My parents are both Aquarians. My mother is a double Aquarius and my father is also Aquarius with four planets and his n. node in the sign. That’s a lot of Aquarius!

I know I’m leaving the museum with Dishy, but he doesn’t have to know it exact yet so I broke eye contact with him to scan the crowd for Kay. There were 40 people gathered to watch the haircut and yep, there she was. She’d found herself a hippie to talk to and she looked happy. I caught her eye and we exchanged smiles when, whoops! Here comes dishy guy again.

He walked behind the crowd trying to determine who I was looking at. Oh how funny. He was making all kinds of faces and it seemed he wanted to know who is more interesting than he was so I laughed. He stood behind the people, pointing at their heads and mouthing, “This one?”

This story suits the day’s energy just right…

I was 27, living alone in the middle of nowhere in a house on two acres. It was my Saturn return coming in… time to define myself as an adult despite pressure from parents, society or other authority figures. It was Easter Sunday and it was raining.

Sunday was my day off so I was glad. I worked hard for Frito Lay and I only got one day off each week. I was particularly relieved on this day because holidays increase business for potato chip salespeople and I’d been working at heightened level the two weeks prior to make the most of the opportunity.  I really needed a day off and better yet it was raining.

“Yeah, well I never saw Star Wars until 20 years after the fact. This in spite of having a boyfriend with a full Darth Vader costume back when the movie came out! I don’t get out much… but really this is what growing up isolated without a tv does to you. Don’t ask me about popular culture…”

It made me recall the first time I ever had skates on my feet. I was teenager! When I say I am from the desert, I mean I from the desert.

Candy and I went shopping and God what a disaster. I grew up in the desert, I guess most of you have heard. With one supernaturally strange exception, I never shopped for clothing in a store that was not a Goodwill until I was about 23 years old… maybe even 25. How I thought I could dress Candy is beyond me! Especially with those breasts of hers.

Now you could say that my sister had compensated for all this because there was nothing and I mean not-a-thing she didn’t know about fashion but fact is she was born with this passion.

Regarding Dracula, I discussed his chart with my sister at the time. This would be about 15 years ago, she’s also an astrologer.

She likes Scorpios and points out she has married two of them however she does not like the Scorpios that I like. That is I routinely run with Scorpio Moons(she loathes) or alternately large stelliums in Scorpio (she thinks the Sun is plenty).

Dracula had a large in stellium in Scorpio and Pluto conjunct his Leo rising. This is enough to make my sister gag and me laugh. (swearing below the break)

He was a professional, she was an amateur. She was younger than us… a baby, really; of course Cancer can appear that way. Sitting at our table, Drac told me thought he could offer her some voice tips and I was sure he was right.

For my part in it… well she was talented and if there is one thing I respect (Venus in Leo) its talent. He waited until she finished her number and then went over to her table to invite her to join us.

Well I’ll never forget this little episode. I once knew this gal, she was a Virgo with a Cancer Moon and she had huge breasts. I remark on this because I thought they were remarkable. I’d actually never seen breasts that big in my life.

I was Dating Dracula when I met her. I never mentioned it but Dracula could sing. Boy could he ever. He could sing like Sinatra (which is what he liked to sing) and if a Sinatra fan was in the house when he did so they would be all over him. (swearing below the break, just because)
