Although I am deeply disturbed to see society collapsing, I am simultaneously fascinated with how Saturn in Libra and Pluto in Capricorn interact. In writing for a client today I stumbled on something new.

The person has Pluto involved in oppositions both natally and by transit so relationships will be prominent as far as how he is going to see the transit to manifest.

I explained that with Saturn in Libra, maintaining equilibrium was very important, more so than usual. I used my blog as an example.

I explained that I could given something potent (an idea or a phrase) and I could put it on my blog and many might benefit. Works like this:

Elsa takes energy in ->
Transforms it into something concrete (Pluto in Capricorn) ->
Energy goes out ->
Benefits are received ->

Annalisa wrote that last after I was talking to her in my usual obliviousness.  I don’t know why I am like I am but I recalled standing in between the cars in the parking lot at our high school, smoking a cigarette and watching her laugh and socialize in a large group.

I couldn’t for the life of me figure why she wanted to do that, told her I was just standing there like a pile of mud, it seemed totally not worth it to me but there she was, laughing and throwing her head back like a horse, she was a favorite of the African Amercians in the school for some reason just so you can get a picture of this. She was always in a big crowd and I was always thinking, wtf?

With Venus about to conjunct Uranus on it’s way to oppose Saturn and square Pluto, I am realizing I very likely lost a friend. I hate to say it because we’ve been talking for a number of years, maybe 6 or more but I think our last conversation did us in.  When I hung up I thought, jeez, and I’ve not been able to think anything but since. It’s like we just can’t go on.

This reminds me of when I had my first baby and a few weeks later my best friend has an abortion.  She just didn’t want to see me after that and this separation is along similar lines. The difference is I don’t intend to maintain this smaller circle which I think is something widely applicable which is why I am reporting this.

I told gal today she would have to choose between despair and gratitude and this is something I am very familiar with.  When you combine Saturn with Pluto or Scorpio with Capricorn, it is inevitable you come in contact with darkness and  despair. Matter of fact for some who have these energies dominating their charts, it is the path of least resistance.

With Saturn and Pluto squared off in the sky right now and with Pluto due to transit Saturn-ruled Capricorn for the next decade this becomes an issue for the collective and I am definitely seeing it all around me and this is life threatening for people who are not used to dealing with these feelings.

I wrote about Annalisa and I when we were kids, Low People In High Places, a reference to our twin Capricorn. risings, just a degree apart.  I don’t why I thought of this today but I did.  Maybe it’s because it’s her birthday but I thought of this song, we used to dance to it when we were kids, pre-teen.

We were starving then, eating paper to fill up our stomachs but our mother had a record player and she had this album and we’d hear this over and over and sing and dance around the house, swingin’ our hair, high on the music.

Annalisa and I both have Jupiter-flavored Moons and we are never going down. I don’t know why people bother to try to take us there, it’s just not possible. You go down, jackass, we’re going to dance!
