Over the weekend, the soldier told me I was the queen of abstract thinking and I didn’t know what he was talking about. This was his explanation as to why people read this blog.

I googled types of thinking and came up with nothing meaningful. I know he thinks he is ultra logical though.

The other night the soldier said he preferred to avoid knowing my secrets, they disturb him. I wrote about that and some others commented they also preferred not to hear other people’s secrets.

Now I can understand because there are some things I don’t want to know anything about, details around my lover’s ex-lover would be an example but a bonafide secret? Man, what could be more tasty than that?

Yeah, I love knowing secrets and I am fortunate as people tell me plenty of them. I just love knowing things I am not supposed to know - Going places I am not supposed to go, etc.

Over the last couple days there have been a slew of comments that characterize Virgos as controlling. I don’t get this at all. I consider the Cardinal signs to be the control freaks of the zodiac without question.

Now don’t get pissed off at me, I have both Capricorn and Libra prominent and it takes one to know but for the people who think Virgos are controlling - Please ’splain to Lucy.

In my mind, Virgos communicate what is wrong with you and then go off to do their other work. Um…

Who is the control freak King (or Queen) of the zodiac?

Studying - I have rectification skills at all. This is probably because I am so metaphysically minded I feel whatever I am supposed to have will be provided. No slur on anyone else, I am just the type to work with whatever is on hand so have never developed in this area.

That said, if I was going to do this I would probably forget first impressions outside of the physical appearance which I think is probably the most reliable marker of the rising sign.

For example, Sagittarius or Jupiter rising (like me) almost always has an overbite. Moon or Cancer rising almost always has a round face, etc.

So I would start there, narrow things down to a rising sign or two or three and then twist the chart around until the planets in the houses made sense but like I said, I would never do this. It is a “math-person” pursuit and even if I live to be 100 years old, I will never find time for that.

Anyone else? How do you go about rectifying a chart?

I would say that Pluto’s retrograde transit back into Sagittarius has got me by the balls if I had a pair. Since I don’t, let’s just say I am being held close in, next the fire. At the moment I am both treated and tortured with a myopic view of the power (for good or ill) of Sagittarius things like storytelling and you beliefs. For example, astrology.

What if I “believe” in astrology and this causes me to look at a person’s chart (in this case, the chart of the soldier’s son), draw conclusions and then act on them? What if I see our Moons are conjunct, our ascendants are conjunct, my Mars and Mercury are conjunct his Venus and so on and on and based on my ability to discern what that means I act in a specific way?

How does that compare to how I would act if I did not have this ability?

The soldier has Jupiter in Sagittarius. Last night we were talking and he said he did not think you could have any joy in your life if you did not take risks.

“You can get a little security that way. You might be able to get some money together and live a more comfortable life because of of it but I don’t think you can have any real joys in your life unless you take risks…”

It doesn’t sound like Saturn to me. As written I get a Mars Pluto type hit off this, like a virile attack. Something like a killer (black) dog coming at you, teeth bared.

Saturn is more inclined to put the screws to you and turns slowly.

Speaking of governance and the internet which I like to think of sometimes, what you guys think of this case?

US mom pleads not guilty in MySpace suicide case

“49-year-old woman pleaded not guilty to charges arising from her role in a MySpace hoax that ended with a 13-year-old girl committing suicide after being spurned by a fictitious boy.

Meier hanged herself in October 2006, shortly after receiving a message from “Josh” saying amongst other things that he had no interest in a romantic relationship with her and would be better off without her…”

“The grand jury indicted her under the Federal Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, used in cases in which hackers gain access to information stored on protected computers. She says she is not guilty of conspiracy and accessing protected computers without authorization. Each of these counts would carry a minimum five year jail term if found guilty.”

How would you decide this case?

I just heard from a pal who got ambushed at a function she attended. Apparently there was another woman attending who had it in for her… started taking pot shots.

She didn’t get very far before my friend (Pisces with Mercury in Pisces) had what she called an “intuition”. Her intuition told her that this gal had these comments scripted. Yep. She had her insults pre-loaded and figured in advance and when my friend realized this she was able to mitigate the damage in her mind.

Now when she told me this, I was just stunned. For one thing I have never had this type intuition but I bet this happens all the time. People planning attacks like this, that is so I thought I should post this so others like me might be informed. But I was also interested because I would never, ever plan my comments.

With Mercury in the 9th (cowboy) conjunct Mars (impulsive) whatever I am going to say is going to come out in the moment - say now / pay later.

This led me to consider what the scripting gal’s Mercury might look like and while I don’t know, planning always smacks of Saturn and/or Capricorn.

So what do you guys know about this? Ever script your comments? Ever realize a person’s comments are scripted?

So here is my other love tip from Taurus, this one I got off, Vidroid.

Vid’s best friend is an Aquarian boy who dumps him every 8-10 days. The boys were in the same class and spent the afternoon and early evenings at one house or the other at least 5 times a week but then every once in awhile, Vid would go to school and find his friend no longer interested.

The rejection would be hard and fast and always, always unexpected. The kid would tell him, “I don’t like you anymore,” and then turn and take off to ignore him and play with other kids.  Vid would be devastated. This happened 3 or 4 times. Each time the ignoring would go on for 3 or 4 days and Mom started to get pissed off.
