We would expect to see Scorpio Julia Roberts in many more sexy images and roles than we have, after all, she is a Scorpio and the leaning is usually toward using their sexuality well. She has used it well in roles such as “Erin Brockovich,” and “Pretty Woman.” But, Julia has a stellum in Virgo that is so strong we often see the natural face of Julia and a common sense approach to dressing even for photo shoots. Her stellum of Virgo is in the second and third houses giving her a dose of Earth that causes her to show us the actor at her natural best and I think Julia’s personal style is one of the best natural styles we see in an actor. Julia would not sport heavy make up well, esp. lipstick because her lips are already prominent and she is smart in knowing that her natural beauty enhanced slightly is her most beautiful look.

Julia’s Moon is in Leo and her hair tells us that without even knowing it! She has a fantastic head of hair and she wears it as natural as can be, (Virgo,) and looks fantastic that way. She even looks lovely when it is put up in a messy way, tousled, one of my favorite looks for long hair as she has in some of her roles and as she does in her personal life.

In her private life Julia, who is a Mom, is often seen in yoga wear, casual skirts and T’s and pants. She is a practical woman once again but can rock a red carpet as she has proven in her Academy Award appearances. When Julia goes to the gown area we see her in full Scorpio splendor. She often wears gowns that are revealing or, occasionally, we see her take a chance on a dress that is on the dark side and very different. Her Moon added to her sun allows Julia to shine very, very brightly on the red carpet in couture gowns. It is here we see her Sun and Moon sign and her rising, Cancer, play out. A Cancer, as I have said before, will flatter the breasts if possible and Julia does not fail in this area. She is not afraid of letting it show and she is at home in something skimpy when it is an occasion that glamour is appropriate. Still, Julia returns to her Virgo planets and comes back to that scrubbed “girl next door,” virginal look and demeanor that she is known for.

Julia has shown her sun in her choices of scripts as an artist. It is interesting that she has been noticed by the Academy for two roles that required her to dress in very little and it’s worth noting that she was quite at home in those roles. The roles she had required her not to be a seductress or “bad,” but natural and “good,” (Virgo) but not afraid to show skin and be natural doing it, (Scorpio)

Since Ms. Roberts has become a mother we have seen less of her on the screen. I find a Scorpio lifestyle is one of taking their family lineage very seriously and therefore their family very seriously. I’m certain that Julia has become a great parent and takes that role very, very seriously. It is possible she is a bit obsessive, (Scorp Sun fed by a Cancer Rising.)

Regardless, we have to love Julia as she is always the “girl next door,” with the “heart of gold,” even if she is comfortable in her sexuality and her body. She has become more active in charity as she has moved forward in her career and this has much to do with her Mars in Capricorn. Her Mars placement also has a lot to do with her production company, giving her a head for business which we can expect from a Scorpio with Mars in Cappy. Julia, in my opinion, is a gold mine of talent and will be all her life.
