I was writing the daily forecasts ahead and while the exact square between Saturn and Pluto takes place on November 16, 2009, another day to watch is the 12th.
On the 12th, the Moon will conjunct Saturn and square Pluto bringing this whole business home, at a depth that cannot be fathomed.
If you happen to be one of the people who have planets @ the very early degrees of the Cardinal signs, I’d mark my calendar. There is an opportunity for real healing but it sure won’t come cheap or easy.
For some, their power with crystallize and you’ll feel this occur. Others are facing collapse and you’ll feel this as well.

Hi Bretagne, I wondered if this was going to fall on one of the regular’s birthday. I did write the forecast for this day, live on the 11th.
I can’t take any more sensitivity! Since last Saturday, Saturn in Libra, I’ve been confronted with so many ‘relationship’ lessons. First, a neighbor brought up some criticism from 2 yrs ago… then an old co-carpool driver was bad-mouthing me to a 3rd party who had nothing to do with anything and the incident was not really even related to me it was the other kids in the carpool! Then, my son’s friend got thrown out by his Dad and he’s been living in my house till tomorrow’s flight back to his mom. And while he’s been here, he has lied to me, and I feel so flabergasted by this whole scenario! All this in one week! What’s the lesson here? And how can I take more of this?
Well another person died today.

For this early Libra Sun - and, this may be a factor too, 1′00 Gemini Jupiter - things have taken a ridiculous pace. Today, with Moon in Cancer making an aspect after another to my chart, I feel I’ve had a very significant conversation at work and then with my ex (an early Libra too, with an early Cancer Moon) I haven’t been been in contact for half a year or so. So, November 12th, with the Libra Moon, could be even more interesting.
Hey Elsa my birthday is November 13th and I am already feeling the effects of Saturn transiting my natal Pluto and Moon (early degrees) in Libra/10th house. Also seems to be affecting my relationships too. I got really depressed when Saturn hit Libra last week but now in a weird way feeling empowered. Been hanging on to a lot of stuff and now feel ready to let go. Make sense?
Hi Elsa, I’ll be in Kuala Lumpur to close a deal on the 12th. Pluto will exact conjunct my Moon while Saturn will conjunct my Pluto(4 Libra) on that day. I have a Moon square Pluto natally in cardinal.
I’ll be busy with the technicals in the next few days while building the momentum towards that day.
Any inputs?
correction: Pluto will exact conjunct my Moon down to the minute on the 22nd. That’s my Sag daughter’s birthday. My Scorp daughter’s birthday is on the 19th.

Do i hear my name? Lol, i’ve got moon & mars at 5 & 3 degrees in Aries respectively. Saturn at zero degrees Capricorn.. Chiron at 6 degrees cancer, Neptune at 8 degrees Capricorn.. I’ve got other cardinal planets too but those are the ones with early degrees.
I’ve got mid-cardinal (starting at 8° Libra), but I’ve noticed I’m rather sensitive to transits so I’m going to put on my riot gear even though some would say it’s out-of-orb.
Gosh, I love this! Get the heads up, put a reminder on my phone, beware the falling shoes. Makes my life so much easier at times.

Just thought of this… With my chart ruler involved with the Saturn-Pluto heavyweight, sounds like an excellent day for therapy (structured or otherwise) to me!
Thanks for this blog. With my Capricorn sun at 0degrees, it’s great to hear some astrology reality checks here about what is going on. I thought that Pluto alone doing it’s thing for the last several years was alot. Now add saturn ruler squaring it and, I really hope that all these things are for the good. But, my nervous system is shot. This too shall pass, right?

Interesting that you said this as today I’ve had a really bad day and been feeling the pressure of this Saturn Square Pluto! The Saturn is opposing my Mercury in Aries (3 degrees) and Pluto is squaring it makng a t-square. I’ve felt such intense pressure at work, and my boss sent me a really harsh email, critising me (my Mercury is in 6th) about a minor error I had made. I took this really personally - and I’m also ill today with bad cold and headache - Mercury ruling my thoughts - stress causing illness - I thought this was the Saturn/Pluto! I’m looking forward to it waning when hopefully it will get a little easier!
