I feel like the first is Scorpio, but am more certain that the second more clearly correlates to it, what with their ability to analyze/criticize and better the self. A Scorpio I know told me that when criticized, he turns it to considering how just it is, figuring out what’s wrong and bettering himself or, to be redundant, self-improvement.
