How Saturn Transits Through The Houses Work… My Climb To The Top Of The Mountain (I am not embarrassed)

Posting to thank everyone for their comments on Talking Into A Fan Redux. I am actually making some progress through the mental mud that is Saturn in Virgo and last night the astrology on this popped in.
If you are a Capricorn rising as I am (or Aquarius rising), you can set your clock via Saturn’s transit ’round your chart. Having established my home base when Saturn transited my 4th house, I started writing when it hit my 5th. In effect, I defined my creativity at that time and when Saturn hit my 6th, I had edit.
We edited my book with Saturn in my 6th, a process that was grueling for me and when Saturn hit my 7th… crossed the horizon, I went public by launching this blog in favor of my original as this blog has my name on it (twice) and also revealed my last name which I’d not done before.
With Saturn transiting my 8th I have learned a lot about exchanging energy. This blog has been very dark at times. Saturn is now entering my 9th and lo and behold I now have to consider curtailing what I publish in order to progress.
I have Mars and Mercury in the 9th and am probably going to have to not fight with people so much or it may be the contrary. I may have to fight more and take a stand for what I believe. We’ll just have to see how this breaks out.
I have written a post like this every time transiting Saturn has changed houses in my chart, each time explaining that I am headed to the peak of my career which will occur when Saturn transits my 10th. I have promised people each time, that if they kept an eye on me they would see me rise… slowly and methodically towards some kind of pinnacle.
This has occurred but it does not mean my success is guaranteed. A goat can fall from very high up on a mountain if they are not sensible or if they get cocky. Just the opposite can do them in as well. If the goat loses confidence and panics… well it’s going to be a very long fall after a very long (and grueling) climb.
The blog as you see it today was built in about 12 years. If it is built on crap in 2 1/2 years everyone will know it. On the other hand if I have acted with integrity and paid my dues, this will also be apparent at that time.
You see what I am saying. I have to enter a new phase now, I just do because fact is if you want to get anywhere you can’t stay were you are. Thanks everyone for the input, it really did help.

Nearing the ascendant. Been transiting the 12th and I have had major psychological self examination and understanding going on. Split with my ex shortly after it entered the 12th so been making the most of trying to understand my patterns, neuroses etc. Wherein this blog has been a massive help, Elsa. Interesting thing is, all that time I felt invisible, now as it nears the ascendant I’ve noticed people start to notice me continuously and it’s quite freaky.
saturn is in my 2nd house, sitting on top of my sun. i guess it’s work, work, work for me. work for financial security. 
Now it’s in my 8th (virgo). A lot of power issues.
In the 12th, nearing the ascendant. Lots of psych work.
I learn so much from the process and there’s so much more to know.
How do I find out which house Saturn is transiting in my chart?
When it hits Libra, it will be half way through my 7th house.
I am learning how to socialize more!

the first. i think he needs to spend a bit more time there. luckily uranus on the other side isn’t doing as energetic a tango with my mars now, though.
on to the second, soon enough. physical security and relationship. fun fun fun. gonna’ be an adventure… one of those where you only read the good parts in between the weeks of slogging through mud in the rain eating trailbread.
in my third on top of my sun conj. mercury. I still dont know what it means. Been learning how to better communicate emotional intensity and understand myself better, but also very critical. learning how to be my own constructive critic.
When it moves into libra it will hit my 4th. This one’s a big ? for now.

10th house transit past my natal Uranus, Pluto and Mars. I’ve been working my ass off. Lately quite literally!

My boyfriend is a Cap rising. Saturn is currently in his 8th (Virgo is intercepted, Leo on the Cusp). He has Pluto/12th too. Our relationship has been through massive changes since 2007 when Saturn entered his 8th. Saturn’s almost done transiting his Venus-Pluto-Uranus-Sun-Mercury stellium.
Watching and learning Saturn is in my 8th right now….
In my fourth, and will give Pluto a kick to the tushy as it moves into Libra next month. (My Pluto is 29′21 Virgo)
I’ve *started* to get my house like I want it - but OMG it’s so hard. I’m hoping that eases up next month … and then I get to work on my fifth house - oh boy!

saturn is just moving into my 9th house. now that i think about it there have been lots of power struggles for the past year or two, but i think i learned a little bit about keeping my cool and being patient but persistent. hope the 9th house is brighter and a little easier. but yeah we’re talking about saturn…

Saturn is transiting my 5th…recently discovered the boundaries of my fertility. That sounds weird. Haha.
Otherwise I’m still dragging my feet as far as the other 5th house fun stuff…stuck in the mud I guess.

Aquarius ASC - when Saturn leaves a house things are generally in much better shape. e.g. Saturn in 5th = horrible first dates, enjoying living on my own; Saturn in 6th = horrible bosses, actually meeting people I connect to etc.

Today Saturn is conjunct the cusp of my 10th house (26 degrees Virgo). I’m looking forward to the transit of this house! I’m hoping to eliminate some of my ongoing issues in the workplace with a difficult co-worker, through realizing my potential to take a leadership role. I’m working on not becoming depressed. I feel that the potential is always there if I’m not vigilant about working through my feelings.
This is so true. I’m a Cap with Aries Rising at ~3deg & a strong Saturn in the third and I feel this cycle as well. I, too, created my first home when saturn hit my IC. Now it’s approaching my descendant, and will square Pluto at my MC when it gets there. I feel as if I’ve been preparing for this time for…the last fourteen years.
Saturn is transiting my MC/10th house trining mercury. I am experiencing career success, after many years of a career losses/transition and retraining.
Saturn is in my 1st, and I am already very, VERY bored with it.
Saturn has been in my 4th for a while, giving me a 2nd Saturn return and passing over natal Mars. Now it’s heading into my 5th and will initially make an opposition to my Venus (1.57 degrees Aries) in the 10th. The 4th transit has meant a lot of challenges defining myself in the world and finding where I belong. Probably the Saturn return helped but I’m definitely aware of being older and reviewing what I am in that context. And that I don’t have a lot of time left. Saturn has just gone over my MC (in August) and then crossed my Jupiter. My MC forms a t-square with a Gemini Mars in the seventh opposite Saturn in Sag. The opposition occurred on my Jupiter-Juno opposition. I am a teacher and I have been hating my employers for the last 18 months, but it’s been really intense for the last 12. I love what I do, I just hate who I work for. I’ve recently renewed a relationship with my 3rd grade boyfriend (after 44 years!) and will be moving across the country to help out my aging parents and spend as much time as possible with them in the time we have left on the planet.
saturn is in my 10th house. it just finished conjuncting pluto and uranus conj the midheaven. I dropped out of grad school and now cant find a job. ive been teaching for 11 years now. relationship with mother has improved dramatically. my wife found out that she is pregnant. im completely dumbfounded if i should continue teaching. i had problems with superiores first on and then lots of success last 4 years. what to do!?
My saturn is transiting my 5th house. Virgo is also intercepted in this house. I have been trying to get pregnant again. Wondering if this is why I haven’t gotten pregnant yet?

Saturn just left my 12th house and it was THE BEST!! I enjoyed all the time alone and focused on myself and i loved hiding away from the world in a beautiful apartment i rented. Im a cancerian too
