Scarlett can appear to us as both sophisticated and a “sex symbol.” First, we must take in regard her Pisces rising that aspects Pluto in it’s home in Scorpio… This gives us an illusionist and someone who appears often in reflective gowns on the red carpet that reflex back to us and make us think for ourselves.
