Not that you have to do any of this stuff, or even that you should. This is just what is on offer to steady yourself if all hell breaks loose and I admit its very odd.

just hopped online briefly while i was trying to make up my mind whether to tackle the mountain of dishes or go for a fitness walk
the escape-walk won… but maybe, just ~maybe~, i’ll do the dishes when i come back
Awakened this morning with a phone call - family member and their employment problems. Went to assist and came home dragged down about having to save somebody’s butte AGAIN! First thing in the door? There were some last minute late night dishes from last night - firt thing to do to settle my self down? Washed them suckers!!
when i came back from my walk, i decided to do the dishes… long story short: major flood under my sink… !
Funny. I just washed my dishes and organized my apartment a bit before seeing this post. 
i was folding clothes and socks, and washing dishes while fighting with my bf a couple days ago. i never do that…but it worked to steady…

Since Sat I have been obsessively cleaning and organizeing the house, WHAT?? I am usually NOT like this,lol. It feels like some sort of compulsion,hmm……
i’m working with a psychic healer who gave me the same advice this morning — wash your dishes and clothes — take the warm, sweet smelling laundry from the dryer and fold it… it’s in the air.
I’m boiling baby bottles. 
And ducking out of some typical family drama.
I made soup!
Going to Mom’s - she’s having eye surgery today - got the makings for soup in grocery bag, ready to go cook her up two varieties good for which to heal!
