Turns out when a person or person shows up and treats you well, you start to become well. Are you familiar Dr. Masaru Emoto’s work with water crystals?

He was featured in the movie, “What The Bleep Do We Know” and you can read his freakishly good book, “The Hidden Messages in Water”. But essentially he discovered that water takes on the energy of whatever it’s exposed to via his experiments.

He goes on to postulate that considering human beings are 70% water they are also going to be sensitive and reactive to the people and things and thoughts that surround them as well. And this seems inarguable to me.

And though his work is indicative of Uranus in Pisces (he says that water comes from outer space) in mutual reception to Neptune in Aquarius (the same exchange, backwards)… his message seems very useful for coping with the confusion, lack of knowing and dissolving reality we are all currently struggling with Saturn opposing Neptune in the sky.

And since I am especially plagued… er, I mean gifted with the energies of these two planets combined, I will tell how this is going for me and perhaps you can apply to your own life.

Yesterday, perhaps I thought I had a clue. Last night, I was sure I did not. This morning, I could care less one way or the other and later in the afternoon, I just know everything is grand.. right before I become convinced I am deluding myself and the sky is going to fall. Hmmm..

Fact is, I have no idea what is going on or what is going to happen. So I have a choice. I can either assume horror around every corner or I can expect to be showered with love and affection and the benevolence of the universe. And forget about creating your own reality, although I believe in that. Which action do you think is going to provide me a better day?

I do know that when people came into my life and treated me well, I responded by thriving. And it’s not that they saved me. I saved me. I did the work while they supported me with their love and appreciation for who I am, flawed or otherwise.

So now it’s 6 years later and I write this blog. And I am pretty sure people benefit. I also offer my love and support to various people I love and support in the same way it was offered to me and I am watching their lives change as a result.

The main thing that happens when someone loves on you and around you, is you become stronger and consequently less tolerant of people who want to tell you that you suck! ::smiles::

And if you surround yourself with people who consistently tell you that you are not worthy (by their words or their action), well this is oppression and you are going to be reduced.

On the other hand, love brings total liberation. If someone loves you, they love you. Old, young, fat, skinny, blind, or in a bad mood… they still love you and this sounds like freedom to me!

But this was supposed to be about how love ripples out. So how about HQ, hmm?

9 years ago he encouraged me to write. I am pretty sure I am going to do this for the rest of life and people will be impacted.

And because they are impacted, their children will be impacted. And because their children are impacted, the children they meet at school will be impacted… and so on and so forth.

Not bad for a 20-something Virgo in New York, eh?
