Uranus is at 26 Pisces. It will turn retrograde on July 1st but remain on this degree until mid August. If you planets at or near 26 degrees if the mutable signs (Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, Pisces) you are going to be profoundly impacted. In my case we’re talking about the Moon.
Uranus transits jazz things beyond belief. It is common to have your sleep disrupted but for quirky, unexpected things rather than trauma or depression-flavored problems. For example I had a consultation last night, it was supposed to be for 30 minutes or so but we got talking and 2.5 hours later (give or take), we wound up the conversation.
I went to sleep right away but 2 hours later the phone rang. It was sometime after midnight, the soldier was driving around Salt Lake City having been led into the abyss by his GPS. I got out of bed and got on the Uranian computer…
I woke up early this morning and had an emotional (Moon) reaction to a group of astrologer (Uranus) who I am pretty sure I shocked. Thing is, the emotion was short-lived and that’s Uranus for you. “I cared about this right up until the nanosecond where I detached”.
You could say it destabilizes the emotion but in my case I am not sure that is a change and you hear the phrase, “Don’t throw the baby out with the bathwater” but to me it don’t see that there is water involved. It is more akin to reaching down and pulling an electrical cord from the socket - detach. No muss, no fuss and certainly no emotion.
You can see some of the effects of this transit around here. There was the guy who wanted to troll here last night. I unplugged him. The situation with the Astro Dispatch is another example. I keep telling people I don’t care because it’s the truth!
If the astrologers (Uranus) want to have a co-op they can have one. If they don’t I am not going to take this personally (Moon). I don’t think I could take it personally if I tried.
This does not mean I have not taken it personally in the past. I have taken it very personally in the past but now I am under a Uranus transit and the future is here!
Any other transit sufferers / enjoyers want to weigh in?

The detached emotion (mine) is due the involvement of the Moon in my case. You’ve no such luck, I’m sorry.
What you have is a double whammy to Chiron, ouch!

Usually I can detach if I want haha (Uranus trine Gemini moon and Saturn Sextile Moon). But um, no - I’m finding these particular changes very painful.
My moon is at 27 Gemini and I am not feeling too much yet. I’m actually feeling pretty energetic, possibly because all the Uranian energy is counteracting the lethargy from the Neptune transit I’m also having. Though I suppose I’m feeling a bit rebellious, since the dress code where I work has changed to something positively draconian, and I am constantly thinking up new ways to skirt it without really getting in trouble.
Also, I think I needed this Uranian influence. Pluto just got off my moon, of course, which was deep and traumatic, and it is really nice to be able to detach for once. Plus, Uranus natally opposes my moon, so I think I’m used to it. So I definitely have no complaints yet. As you said, the future is here!
Natal Mercury at 25 Virgo 7 in the 5th (I think that’s close enough?), so Uranus is transiting in opposition to it.
The only thing I can think of to point to right now: a Virgo ex texted me earlier tonight asking me to travel across the country in Sept. to visit, guessing at Sept. because “things are totally hectic until then.”

I’ve got Mercury at 26 degrees Gemini, conjunct Venus and Chiron at 27 & 28 degrees all in the 6th house. My hours got cut down big time at work. Been feeling somewhat disoriented as far as my living situation goes, and I have no idea how things are going to shake out.

Transiting Uranus is in my 7th and has been for a while– it opposes my moon pluto conjunction in first house–
On the up side, I guess I’m in grand trine land: trines my cancer stuff and my neptune in scorpio.
I felt the opposition very much in May, death, loss, relationship ending, work changes, loss — I am guessing that’s the pluto in aspext to uranus. Much of that stuff was sudden. Here today gone tomorrow kind of thing.

My Mer is 26Gemini in the first, my throat is sore and I am getting a cold, grrrr. My Chiron is at 29 Chiron in the 10th. I have to renew by bus insurance and my lease I feel ok to do this now that Mer is moving forward again.

I have Mars at 26degree’s in Virgo. I don’t know what this will bring for me.. it’s my 4th/ 10th houses.
Hoo boy, Jilly, my Chiron is also at 26 Pisces and I got walloped, too. On Friday, my childhood friend was killed in a car accident. Yesterday my house was broken into for the first time in my life (Mars opposition, exact yesterday, in 2nd and 8th houses). My mother had a knee replacement a couple of weeks ago and suffered two heart attacks in the hospital. My boyfriend is considering taking a fantastic job in California, and I can’t just uproot my kid and go with him.
I’m so sorry about everything you and MoonPluto are experiencing. We are going to get through this!
I’m same as Midara - moon at 27 gemini. The uranus is in my creativity, kids and dating house. And i keep waffling on whether i’ll have kids or not - can’t see how from this point when i have no job or BF. Neptune is trining my moon in the 4th dreaming up the perfect family lol. Also i finally have a roommate who’s also a friend. My “creative” career - leo ruling the 10th - is changing - due to how the internet is affecting media - and also the recession. I’m considering taking a course in web marketing - getting out of being a video editor altogether. Today venus is opposing my native uranus at 27 libra - which trines my moon. So this idea sounds good to me - especially when laying out the astrology. Problem is i have saturn in cancer and i’m tired of jumping around - just want what i had lol. Might not be much i can do though - i have to be working by the end of july and i’m getting almost no response to job inquiries i’ve made.
Trying to find something permanent as saturn transits virgo is slippy - as one person is ready to commit the other jumps back. I’ve had 3 job applications that started out as full-time just to turn into freelance positions which even then i’ve not been called in for. And it seems i’m overqualified for start-up companies.
I’m thinking school flexible full-time and freelance on the side. My own libra planets, gemini moon and uranus square saturn speaking 
One foot secure the other foot not. I’ve been trying to merge these 2 for years with no real success. :\

I have my moon at 26 Cancer, nothing to report just yet. Moody as hell though, every day is different.
Dell.. I’m so sorry. Chiron stuff seems so sore you can’t bear it..and nothing can ease the loss you’ve experienced, the scary stuff about your mum.. is she doing okay now?.. and your home being broken into..mean mean, and the prospect/fear of perhaps “losing” your partner to a job on the other side of the country.. Sometimes all we can do is stand there, arms around each other and cry too. Don’t need to say things will one day feel better, you already know that, but my eyes filled up here reading your post. You sound like a caring person, and I hope there are lots of real hugs around you right now, too.

Funny thing about shocks…hubby got this thank you card from niece today…this is BIL’s child, the one who had the crush on me. The shock was *me* being addressed in the thank you card!
For anyone who remembers the story, the SIL (this is hubs’ sister) “discovered” this crush last year, made a huge hissy fit scene over it, and undoubtedly trash-talked me to her kids.
That’s why seeing this card was so shocking.
Now I have a funny feeling the BIL may reappear…after all, Uranus is opposing Venus. This doesn’t mean I’m going to bother with that nonsense again. Whatever issues are between him and his wife need to stay between them.

i came home to find that i had left the iron on all day…first time i’ve done that…burned through to the board but the house didn’t burn down…..thank god….
the power goes out here ever day for about 3 hours…we have a generator in this building so it’s generally not a problem…but every third day it is off in the morning ..as it was today……well, no excuse to leave the iron on, but of course, it seemed to be off

I too, like Jilly et al, have Uranus 26 Virgo & Chiron 26 Pisces. These *are* interesting days but I am finding them to be wonderful. Not resisting, just subsisting.

CRAP.
sun 25 degrees gemini square saturn 25 degrees virgo. tried to get myself in a good place for a job interview today by lighting a scented candle as i prepared. then left the house completely forgetting about it - not one of those polite candles in a jar, this was a tall slender free-standing one. why i didn’t burn the place down is beyond me. i remembered it SIX HOURS LATER and rushed home, it was still burning away, dripped like crazy, was six inches away from the couch, etc etc. so not like me, i’m still shaken.
hey, thanks kashmiri…schools will be closed monday and the plan is to lay low…we stocked up on a little extra food and water just in case…
after work today i went to a local tailor to pick up 18 Chinese tunics for my students to wear for a dragon and umbrella dance performance on tuesday..the show has to go on!! i mention this because…the tailor had his shop since 1964…same shop, same spot….it was magical in there…and it gives me the utmost feeling of security to know if he’s been in there with his buttons and thread (thread again) for the last 40+ years, well, life will go on….
