The Moon is conjunct Saturn in Virgo and everyone I know feels it necessary to control their diet! This will be easy to do today, tomorrow you’ve got to go on your own steam.
- I just had a client doing so well, I offered to return her money! She’s 23 and so sweet and humble there is nothing to tell her but keep it up! How heartening is that?
- The soldier is coming home unexpectedly tonight, Uranus is active in my chart. It’s just for 10 hours but we’ll sure enjoy it. He said he heard, Dora bragging to her kids about her shredded beef hunting:
“Yeah, I used to walk all the way down the long hall to the kitchen and get that beef!”
- I am encouraged regarding the Dispatch. People are responding and putting up links, I am very grateful. I think I can see a way this crisis winds up with the Dispatch better than ever so I’m focused there.
- Last, we are going to hold a “something” in The Colosseum. I am going to figure out what, as soon as I can!

funny, just read this….i started a diet today!!cut out sugar & flour, also cut way back on caffiene and switching over to green tea for now…i’m following the ‘ultrasimple diet’ … modified by me

me too, saw a nutritionist in the wake of a couple of health scares and she has me on a no red meat, no dairy, no wheat regime. feeling better *but really bored* already ![]()
any interest in olives, garlic, mustard, fresh basil, chopped ginger..? maybe not all at once but maybe they could un-bore your t-buds.
thanks, kashmiri, olives on the forbidden list, too, all the rest are good ideas. the regime is all based on blood type. on the plus side, i’m allowed all the table salt i want *lol*
Yeah, it occured to me today that I’ve just been eating whatever the heck I want - for like the past three weeks! What’s that about? Granted, I’m preggers, but still. No excuse! This week it’s salad and veggies and slow down on the carbs and sugar. I was doing really really well, then I think I just packed on some pounds all of a sudden. ![]()
aw….although after I wrote that I was like…gee none of these sound at all probable for a restricted diet.

I’m not really controlling my diet so to speak,
BUT I have started exercising this past week. I made some money at a garage sale and went out and bought myself the EA Sports Active for the WII and am doing the 30 day challenge on it.

starting to figure out how to eat celiac. haven’t had an attack in two days, so i’m starting to get it, i guess. amazing how many things have gluten in them…
