Jupiter In Aquarius - How’s It Treating You?

Jupiter has been in Aquarius about a week. I have to say things feel somewhat lighter. As for astrology Michael Erlewine popped up having reclaimed his baby, Matrix Software and he is making all kinds of waves with his astrology interviews, blogs and a new message board where highly experienced astrologers converse. He’s definitely planted a seed over there and just watch what happens over the next 12 years because I’m betting he enjoys magnificent growth as Erlewine is a visionary and a humanitarian extraordinaire.
On other fronts, the Mechanic around here started building us a message board about a year ago. He’s very busy and the project got set aside for some reason and it has stayed on ice for all these months. He is going to finish it now so we should have a message board here pretty quick. I think it will be good. A mosh pit with manners. 
I am a little embarrassed of that, especially next to Erlewine, but you know… my higher mind has Mars in it, so this is how it goes.
What has happened in your life since Jupiter went into Aquarius?

I’m just glad there will soon be a mosh pit. I’d been wondering whatever happened to that plan. 
Two people have planted seeds about travel to exotic, third world places (Darfur, the Peruvian Andes) and have asked that I give this serious thought. Also, I’m about to get intensive lessons at work on blogging, twittering, etc. My boss wants me to focus more of my efforts and creativity there, and truth be told, so do I.
I’ve found the perfect job 
Aquarius is my Moon’s 2nd and my Sun’s 10th so… go figure.
Man, I want that job.
That job is mine…
So far…….nothing. Aquarius is ruler of my 4th, but Jupiter is not quite there yet. My husband is an Aquarius, and Jupiter has all-ready conjuncted his sun, but, nothing with him yet either. Aquarius is his 10th house -
geez, where is all this luck anyway? : )
Oh - well maybe we will see in the weeks ahead. My husband is a teacher, and he has been trying for some time now to get an additional job at a university, and those jobs are not easy to get. He did recently run into a an old colleague who could very possibly have an in - funny I did not think of that until now
Dang river “expanded” right into our driveway and cut us off for a couple of days! We’re dried out now . . .
Uh, I sprained my thumb, my writer’s group in town is circling the drain, I’m getting a lot of crocheting done, and work is boring me.
Jupiter is supposed to be in my fourth house right now, but other than doing cleaning (I sprained my thumb while mopping. Sadly, not joking), magic shininess of home isn’t happening. Sag moon has no interest in home stuff anyway, so I am not remotely excited to have Jupiter going through there.
my moon is mid capricorn and I felt like the whole time it was in capricorn it expanded my security fears. I feel as though the shift into aquarius cut that off. that seems pretty ridiculous now, that worry. it’s now in my sixth and I’m more focused on the action of my day to day life on the collective. I want to rise above my internal focus.
Something big usually happens when Jupiter goes opposite my Sun/Mars conjunction. It’s not going to happen for a while, because this is in the mid degrees, but it happened the last two cycles. Should be interesting to see what happens…

i mean, it’s always been ginormous but it’s been driving me up the wall!
& got invited to a sex party (aquarius? lulz)…
when I have sex again I’m going to have a party. I suspect that is not the type of party you mean. ::shrugs::

Heh heh. Satori, when the discussion at work centered around fear of the world ending, I told one of my co-workers I just hope I’ll get to have sex again hefore it does. She looked at me funny, but I was being serious!
The universe is giving me the opportunity to do a lot of healing - to heal the last 10% of this “trick thing” that happens that I can’t ever seem to conquer. It’s like I’ve always gotten right up to the water, and then ran screaming. Right about now, I’m getting my toes wet, and just trying to hang out there.
I don’t know if any of that makes sense, but I feel like it’s been my Aquarius that has always made me run, but I’m gonna try and stick around.

in case anyone has trouble envisioning me just picture this:
groucho marx in a tux with his pants around his ankles, running toward you arms outstretched.

I’ve visited local non-profits and started interviews and I feel like I have some progress. Moved to a new place. Working for free still, but planning to work at two places to get as much experience as possible. (Aquarius = 10th house) Made the decision to go back to school, in two years, not just to go back to school, but for the long-term benefit of getting the work I want.

I’ve got Venus and Mercury in Aquarius (and Chiron… whatever that is) in the 10th house… I haven’t noticed anything yet but I am also having a Neptune (and Mercurcy) transit there LOL.
Let me think… I am in the middle of moving house that will take me a bit further away from work… maybe that could be classed as expanding?
Not sure how Venus fits in with the expansion theme though.

I just figured out that I need to stop bending over backwards for people. One can only bend so far, you know? And so far many people have not been willing to meet me half way. So I have to say ‘enough.’ I don’t know what’s going to happen.
hmm….broke up with a couple fellas. one serious, one potential. jupiter is in my 5th. got a call from an old friend (just a friend), going out tomorrow night. things broke down at work a bit, but got a second chance. feel like my failures are being washed away, brought to a head, and that im being given a second chance, I guess. bizarro.
