Women Who Baby Talk Men - Part 6: Fashion, Bay-Bee! Don’t Know A Thing About It!
Catch up here: Women Who Baby Talk Men… A True Story By Elsa P
Candy and I went shopping and God what a disaster. I grew up in the desert, I guess most of you have heard. With one supernaturally strange exception, I never shopped for clothing in a store that was not a Goodwill until I was about 23 years old… maybe even 25. How I thought I could dress Candy is beyond me! Especially with those breasts of hers.
Now you could say that my sister had compensated for all this because there was nothing and I mean not-a-thing she didn’t know about fashion but fact is she was born with this passion.
As a matter of fact, caught out in the desert like that, we were a bunch of child writers with no TV so we used to publish a family newspaper.
We all contributed, making copies of the pages with carbon paper and binding them together by sewing the pages with the sewing machine.
Point here, is my sister did the fashion section. My brother did the hard news (Aries with a Capricorn Moon) such as what dead snakes had been found on the property, which cat had killed a rabbit that week and I did the opinion section… the color commentary of course.
So anyway, while I was extremely well dressed at the time it was all due my sister and I had no business personal shopping for Candy and how anyone (including me) imagined otherwise is beyond me.
Er… Venus Neptune, the illusion of taste.

no, it never occurred. But I have two of the other issues. My sister is remarking on the current fashion as well as what she sees up ahead (she is psychic)… and I am taking a stand, any stand about anything.
My brother reports (with errors, he was 7) that a “snake had shedded it’s skin and left it’s skin at *this location… in case anyone wants to see it…”
Henry, a English professor, etc. subscribed and offered editing advice.
We would work on that paper all week and as soon as we were done we work on the next paper seeing there was nothing else to do! It’s like you turn in your story and then up all night thinking about your next story.
I can’t imagine how I became a blogger. It’s all mysterious I guess.
Am I crazy or have you talked about your brother before?
So cool that you were a blogger before there were blogs.
I don’t remember hearing about a brother either, sister yes, but brother no. new news for Elsa fans!
Lupa, I have but not much. There are all kinds of things I have not gotten to yet. Some I’ll get to and others probably not. This stuff just comes up on it’s own when it pleases I guess.
I have 2 sisters. One is a Pisces with a Moon Jupiter conjunction in Sadge. The other is a double Sadge. We are all big mouths… all have Mars Mercury in some form.
Er… you see the Moon Jupiter fam sig.
My daughter has a 9th house Moon trine Jup in Sadge. My son have Jup opp Moon.
We are what you call a very UN depressed family.
Two sisters and a brother - me too! Two air and two fire - none of us much depressed, either.
Moon Jupiter in Sadge! Now I understand her hilarious mouth.
You could keep me entertained for a looooooong time with tales of your family.
Here’s a toast (with my cup of tea) to your sister, Henry, and everyone else you love that is no longer on the physical plane. May they be cruising around the Cosmos without a care in the world.
