great act of defiance The Moon has moved into Cancer but never mind that. It’s passed the the exact opposition with Pluto, the Moon loves to be in Cancer so let’s not worry about it and instead turn attention to the aspect that’s got everyone up in arms.

I mean even Pluto changing signs. Do we not all know the ball is going drop by now? I think we do! I think many of us are saying, drop already you bastard! But this Saturn Uranus opposition? Well that’s a whole other story. (swearing below the break)

I swear people are deluding themselves thinking they can be on one side of this thing (or the other) and it will be a panacea. This is just not the case. You are not going to be liberation (Uranus) without burden (Saturn)! Er… duh.

You are not going to be able to control (Saturn) anything with Uranus on deck. Stand up and say you’re in charge now and you’re going to be greeted with a chorus of FUCK YOUS! FUUUUUUUUUUUCK YOU!”

Run around and disrupt things (Uranus) and find yourself arrested (Saturn).. rejected (Saturn)… crushed (Saturn).

I could write pages, yes pages, on how this opposition has devastated me while it did even worse to my son. While I have since learned that he seems to have had a “perfect storm” of transits, this one has hit us especially hard because it is on the MC/IC line for both of us. I think this is quite literally one of the worst things I have ever had to deal with.

They are both squaring Venus for me. And Uranus has been going after my sun for 2+ years now. It seems that I cannot allow myself to be emotionally attached to anything these days, because either something crazy happens or I get restless trying to control/figure things out. I give up!

Saturn restriction, rules, the old school..

Rules and Tradition verses ideas and innovation.

Scales up and down..The perfect example of this:

Who would ever think that the banks would give out bad loans it was not in there interest lose money over the longterm…?????

Rules that normally apply all of a sudden. Uranus and Bamn.

So it is very hard to deal with back and forth..
All of us are trying to use old rules and old solutions to adjust to unepxected uranus ideas.

Uncertainty is the only certainty about uranus.

So perhaps the best way to navigate this opposition is too understand you can not predict what the problem is you can only react to the suprise after it happens and you need to apply out of the box solutions in a structured way.
And understand that your idea/solution may not even work ?

Uranus opposed my Leo ASC a while ago. When it opposed my virgo sun it was like a picnic.

I don’t think uranus is the planet responsible for havoc. Chaos maybe but destruction..I blame Pluto, me and pluto have been knocking the boots for the past 12 years

And my boots were made for walkin….not kicking..
But pluto has made me kick back or motivated me to kick back..And Pluto just keeps pulling me by the hair and smacking me back on the ground.

I rathet deal with Uranus it just pops up a suprise and then leaves you alone for a while..

Holy shit. I stopped and went into a 7-11 about an hour ago and some dude robbed it by gunpoint while I was there. He was at one register and I was at another. He ran out after grabbing the cash and a case of beer, but get this… the idiot had the getaway car park right out in front, and they had to wait to pull out into heavy traffic. I peeked out and got his license plate number to tell the clerk as he was on the phone to the cops. Thing is, there’s parking on the side of the building, and a nice quiet residential street they could have pulled onto instead. Fuckin’ brain trust.

So yeah, “Run around and disrupt things (Uranus) and find yourself arrested (Saturn).” I’m pretty sure someone in black is knocking on their door right about… now.

I almost spit my coffee all over the computer screen laughing. Can you imagine robbing a place and getting stock in traffic trying to leave..

The funny thing is, I always considered myself to be the Uranian, chaotic, open type. But lately I’m finding that in my heart of hearts I’m anxious about changing things. I’m worried about stuff breaking open too fast and destroying the good with the bad. I’ve been alive too long, I know that just because everybody is excited and optimistic doesn’t mean tremendous things are going to happen.

Look at the Titanic.

It’s depressing, really depressing that I turned out like this. gah! Saturn again!

It was neptune diception (deception being dillusional ideas about not having enough life boats and dillusional people who did not want to get out of the titanic because they were fooled into thinking it wouldn’t sink.) that did the titanic in.
With a little pluto (the hidden Iceburg)

They drove too fast when they had a warning about iceburgs and they did not have enough lifeboats…

I’m being so Uranus/Saturn lately it isn’t even funny. I have been the compliant doormat for so long at work and with exes, and now I’m laying down the law (Saturn) demanding that they take responsibility (Saturn) and shocking them by doing so (Uranus)… I’m doing this in part to reclaim some freedom and autonomy (Uranus) but I’m doing it in such a Saturnian fashion, it shocks even me. I’m being the cop/judge on a daily basis (see above 7-11 rant - I got the license plate number). This is all going down in my 1st and 7th, and wow, if anything convinced me that astrology has merit, this is surely it. Saturn is conjunct my natal Pluto and Uranus right now, so it’s kind of cool how it’s all clustering.

What is amusing to me (in a sense) is that both of these planets are my chart rulers (Aquarius ascendant - ruled by Uranus, but formerly ruled by Saturn)…I don’t think I’ve had too rough of a time of things, honestly. Yes, there’s been some crazy shit going on, but for the most part, it’s been kinda “normal” for me.

Add to that that I’m currently in the middle of a Pluto square Pluto transit…and have a Pluto square Moon transit coming up (that lasts til 2010…oh joy)…I’m not hearing any “fuck you”s, but I feel like I’m definitely the badass walking around w/the poo on a stick…let someone try to mess w/me during this time period…”I’ll murd’a'lize ‘em”

(I will say this: my man [Taurus w/a mostly "fixed" chart] has had a really rough time w/this transit…calling me constantly, worried about everything/anything…annoying as fuck, so in that sense, I’ve been affected.)

bah, for me, it’s all about romantic relationships. I can’t decide if I’m supposed to be Uranus or Saturn in this, but there’s definitely a freedom/restriction thing going on. He’s accusing me of restricting him by pushing for ‘more’ (as yet unable to define what he means by that) simply by being myself (affectionate, caring), and I’m feeling like I want to just lop a rock at him and start a huge fight just to get him to admit the truth that he likes me and can’t deal with it.

Lilly, I’m a Taurus and this opposition has really hit me hard. The last 6 weeks or so have been a ridiculous, strenuous roller coaster ride.
