I’m definitely feeling this in my life right now. I’m trying to refi our house, which would’ve been simple prior to our economic meltdown, and has now turned into an annoying bunch of hoops to jump through to prove irrational things about my employment. To make a long story short, I’m tempted to just say, “Fuck it!” and stop the process at this point because it seems annoyingly pointless. If I didn’t have my heart set on the easing up of our financial situation that this refi would produce, I *would* just say “Fuck it!” because that’s how much the “Don’t Fence Me In” urgency feels at this point.
