Astrology, Women and Their Energy - The Yin and the Yang and the Saturn Return
Astrology in real life
Once upon a time I knew this gal. This as 15 years ago, she was an Aquarian with an Aries Moon. That’s really positive male energy and we had a Scorpio friend in common.
He introduced us. He brought her to me for a consultation because of my specific history. He thought I could give her an edge.
She was Saturn Return age (28-29 years old), at the time and she was starting a business. The Saturn return marks the time when the universe really pressures you to find your calling and define yourself as an adult. So this gal was right on schedule.
She worked in a male dominated field; high-end electronics and she had identified a niche she thought she could exploit. She was not so keen on getting rich although she’d graciously accept that if it came. What drove her was a textbook Aquarian desire to make her own rules and her independent Aries nature. Basically, she didn’t want a boss.
And when I met her, she’d already thrown the dice. She’d spent her life’s savings, $2500, on her inventory and a ticket to a convention in Las Vegas where she would either sell or starve.
See, she’d pissed off her boss when she branched off because this niche she was going after…well it put them in competition although it represented less than 3% of his very healthy business. Still, because of this it would have been difficult for her to back pedal if things didn’t work out.
What concerned her about the convention in Las Vegas was she expected to be virtually the only woman there. Our mutual friend brought her to me for the astrology but also because I had married Shack Man.
Shack Man was a full blown audiophile so I had some familiarity with her business but besides that I had worked, the only woman on a “man’s job” for almost 10 years at Frito Lay, so you start to see how it was a really good match.
She wanted to hear my experience working with all men which was kind of cool. No one had ever asked me that before. She was concerned about being taken seriously (Saturn). In fact, she was scared (Saturn). She’d bet it all, you know? But I could not tell her that her fear was unfounded. Instead I told her a story.
