“People think I am lucky to have you,” I said sitting in the bathtub. “They all think that and no one thinks you are lucky to have me. I think it’s odd.”
“People don’t think that. Who thinks that?”
“People who read my blog.”
“That’s because of what you say about me.”
“I know. I say good things about you all the time. How come you never say anything good about me? You know what you say about me? You say, Oh Elsa? She’s here. Yeah, she’s still around.” (swearing below the break)
He snorted. “P, I do so say good things about you, I do. Or I mean, I would if I knew anyone. I don’t know anyone, P. I don’t talk to anyone but when I do, I always say good things about. I say great things. I say, P is here and boy does she have a great head of hair,” he said rubbing my head… messing up my hair.
“Fuck you, let’s talk about something else,” I said, glaring.

He’s lucky too, definitely!! But it always leads us when you tell us all ways he loves you…you are too humble to say hey guess what I did for the Soldier today. But I’m guessing every day he is more content and more in love. You fed him well, yes? He gets a nightly soak in the tub? You are interested in his ideas, even the math ones! Not many guys can say that, he and Clucky are pretty darn lucky! Vid too….but that’s a given.

It can be taken as depressing but I hope you don’t read it that way. The way you said you loved him in that last comment reminded me of that poem. And the rest kind of reminds me of Saturn, now that I read it again.
I can’t believe you said nobody thinks he’s lucky to have you! Just the way you talk about him is proof - anyone who has someone who loves them that much is undeniably lucky. That man has it made with a capital M.
A very tough Capricorn friend once saw me pouring myself out over someone and told me someday I’d be rewarded with someone who loved me back as much as I was loving that man. I think that is very Saturn-speaking-to-Venus-Neptune and sounds like you - you’re getting the reward for all that love you pour out.

I said ‘Awwww’ because its nice to see someone like you who gives and gives and is out raising al boats even when she’s struggling to have someone who obviously adores you that much. Its nice to see you get something back. Sure you’re lucky to have the soldier, but you deserve your luck.
I do not believe luck has anything to do with it. It takes work and both of you are doing the work. Yay.
