Open Question: Can A Sage Be Overly Possessive?

Dear Elsa,
Can a sage (man or woman) be overly possessive?? Is that normal in a sage? It’s puzzling me because I thought Sagittarians can let go easily, forgive and forget. But I’ve known a couple of them who are so obsessed with someone/something.

Seeker, I’d say a sage and/or a Sagittarian is first an individual and an individual can most definitely be possessive, obsessive or any other kind of thing. Further the idea a “sage” or a Sagittarian be obsessed with their belief is no stretch at all but your question was most interesting to me because of your own chart.
In spite of the fact you are a teenager, I think you are quite a teacher / preacher yourself and I am not surprised you are running into obsessive or controlling guru types as they are examples of what you can and will be if you do head for higher ground. Keep asking questions, you are on the right track.

Double saggitarius here, but
Pluto aspects to everything but the sun.
Venus,mars,Moon 2nd house.
Sadge asc here with jup in 9th house. I don’t think sadge is controlling, but there is a trait of the sign (undesirable as I think) Obsesiveness with belief or values. That is the only one sensisive point you don’t have to touch with a sadge: political belief, religious or morality. Mainly if you are a cardinal controller or a belief challenger (as scorpio is used to be) and you need to control or challenge that sadge aspects: don’t do it or you will face the fiercy of the sign. Still you could be banned for the rest of your life.
It’s very frequent that Sagittarius have personal planets in Scorpio and that could explain the possessiveness, or perhaps a Taurus emphasis or Pluto.
As Elsa mentioned, a person is above all an individual and a chart is only a draft of what they can become and also so much more than just a Sun Sign.
Most of my planets are in Sagg (sun/moon/merc/mars/mc/neptune) all but the moon in the 9th but I have Venus and Uranus in Scorp in the 8th. I can be controlling and obsessed, I admit it.
