“Dora is on my blog now,” I told the soldier.

“Dora? Dora on your blog? What is she doin’ on there?’

“Havin’ her picture taken. Being seen. People like her. They like her stories.”

“What stories?”

“Her adventurous life. Er… she is getting fans.’

“How is she getting fans?”

“Oh, you know Dora. She’s just doing it. She’s becoming a star. You aren’t surprised are you?”

“That Dora is a star? No, she was born to be a star. She’s got Bette Davis eyes. Yep, she’s got a googly eye like Bette Davis so I am sure she’s right at home with all the attention, probably wondering why it took so long for her to be noticed.”

“She does look like Bette Davis.”

“I know she does and so she knows it too, believe me.”
