“When you’re being generous, I wonder, is it helpful to know where others’ Jupiters are? Does Jupiter define one’s ability to receive as well as give? Or is receiving purely a function of Venus..or the moon?”
maureen, you could consider all of those (Moon, Jupiter and Venus) and more but I’d say if you want to please, go for the Venus.
If you want to nurture, feed the Moon. If you want to expand, buy for Jupiter, etc.
Anyone else?

Elsa, you never cease to amaze me.
I really like this idea. I am usually considered to be a generous and “perfect gift” giver. This gives me more to consider. Wow.
