   Absolutely!! Whata day - my son was playing victim and then I played victim with my mum. Then x and kids just popped in while my kids father was visiting us for the first time in 4 months and I didn’t let them in and he was my victim. The day never seemed to end…eventually I skimmed some poor car’s side window with a loud thwack trying to slip too narrowly down a road - and both cars were the victim of my, by now, totally overwhelmed ‘why me’ muck.

   I dunno. This energy right now is perfect for me. So odd. Have the house to myself, getting caught up with so much, almost finished an article this morning, friends coming for dinner tonight. The weather is amazing - still, quiet, not too hot. I’m just very very grateful, calm, and happy today. But I guess that’s possible because NO ONE is around

    Personally, I would have the thing tonight and spiritually start my wedding in a few weeks post the religious ceremony. Who is higher authority, a judge or God?

    Go enjoy yourself, Susie. Venus Saturn is a judge/commitment. Let the other day determine the spirit of your marriage.

    outdoors with the kiddo. first camping trip. trying to do the whine/wheedle/moan manipulation (it works on some people.) trying to be fair. trying not to restrict him too much. trying not to have a heart attack and let him climb that 80 degree slope because, if i don’t distract him, he can scramble up like a little mountain goat. no capricorn (except chiron) but he does have that saturn trine mars….

    and he broke my heart a little last night, but kids say all kinds of things they don’t really mean.

    I am so sorry to hear about your beloved pet, Stephanie. When my 17 year old huskey died I kept always in mind…he is not that body. The female vet had a much harder time than I di. I loved him so much and I didn’t even cry, knowing that he was not that body, and that his energy will never die. Sometimes I think my hound came back to me with that same energy, like a love companion reincarnation, why else do I love him and only him of all the dogs I have tried to love ever since?

    Susie, I concur with Elsa, they way she words it about who is the higher judge, God is the higher judge, without question…and such wonderful news…a wedding! Such fun! I wish you all the very best on your new beginning.

    Susie, Elsa and Loons are right on, and if I could add something, I have my own astro philosophy on this which is:
    anything that comes under ‘difficult’ aspects have the potential to manifest the lessons of that sign.
    Aspects indicate lessons that may be learned; thus you may have learned them and can release them for their higher good.

    (If anyone thinks that makes any friggin’ sense at all, please let me know, ha ha ha)!

    I think I need to quit my job, like immediately. Well, one role within my workplace. Sometimes we get unexpectedly pushed to get the hell out of where we are and that is a very good thing.

    In my immediate circle of friends there were at least six self-perceived victims today, including me, firing off hurt and/or angry emails at each other. Attempts at restraint may or may not have worked. God, the drama.

    I showed three of my friends this post over dinner and we all agreed you nailed this one, Elsa.

    I can relate to the victim thing. Today some ‘friends’ of my boyfriend suggested he break up with me, because I am ill, and although my situation is improving it is very very very slow (saturn invirgo). it will most likely be a couple of years before I fully recover. Because of my illness I now live on benefits, that’s taboo number 2. In the eyes of these people I have fallen so far, I am no longer worthy of his love. He’s the hotshot, and what’s he doing with ME?! I tell you, they though quite differently when I was still ’successful’ a couple of years ago. Anyway, my bf and I got into the bathtub and ate tiramisu, which was lovely. I do recognize the hall of mirrors in this scenario. It isn’t easy to keep your heart open, when people judge you so harshly.

    I’m much, much better but I suffered from intense chronic pain for about 5 years after being hit by a car on my bicycle. It’s no fun being ill/in pain, but there is something amazing to come out on the other side to live and tell the tale. As human beings the day comes when everyone faces the fragility of the body and perhaps we are lucky to face it early on, to carry those lessons with us?
