Astrology Today: Commit!
My eye on the sky
Mars is conjunct Saturn which is akin to having Mars in Capricorn where it is exalted.
It’s an excellent time to commit to making an effort. People who join their forces will be strongly supported and backed by a trine to Pluto. Simply put, if you’ve got a mountain to climb, now is the time to start.

Ah, perfect, perfect, perrrfect!:) Thanks!;)
OKAY ALREADY! I’m finally going to the gym, got my babysitter lined up so I can get in an eye examination, and set a date for getting my legs waxed. Done.
Geesh! (Not projecting at all…)
Interesting way to look at it, I had not thought to look at it that way. Learn something new every day!
And, interestingly, I have already (just today) started digging my treadmill out of the rubble of launder.
At some point over the next week, I’m going to start guided meditation to work on my OCD issues.
It’s a mountain so big I currently can’t see the top of it. I just spent two days in an unending panic attack, which ended not because I handled it, but because the person I was panicked over stepped in and cut me free.
Still shaking and terrified.
ewinbee, good luck to you!
i like the sounds of this Mars/Saturn business. Especially on the back of a New Moon, the world feels very promising.
I strongly disagree with your statement about Mars Saturn conjunction being like Mars in Capricorn Elsa. I understand what you are saying and I like your positive spin on what is potentially a most frustrating aspect. Mars Saturn in my mind is a real “bitch”. “Dont worry Be Happy” is perhaps the Mantra to get through this one.

Yes, focus commit or beat yourself up. Feel sorry for the babies born today with that as a conjunction.
I always think about the babies getting this stuff as we talk about our struggles with these transits they’re getting the stuff natally.
* kingslett LOL, I love your sense of humour. Why not, though? In what way is it a real bitch? The sense of ‘reality?’ The inability to forgo the work that’s needed? Food for thought
perhaps I am being a real bitch to Elsa. I am not the astro theory police. Mars Saturn in Virgo is a pedantic Bitch.
I know Elsa can take it, however I apologise to you Elsa for bitching around the place.

I too am a bit more concerned (versus charged up) about the conjunction, which is partile on the 10th. It is hitting a very sensitive spot in my mothers chart when it is exact, for example.
I was also thinking that while it is true that Mars is Exalted in Saturns home sign, (perhaps allowing this Transiting conjunction to give Mars a boost) the reverse is not true at all. Using the same kind of thinking in to look at it the other way, in fact Saturn is detrimented in Mars sign Aries
I kind of enjoy hearing people say what they think about astrology theory and issues linked to the blog, that’s part of the point of having comments.
kingsley you didn’t sound like a bitch at all. like loons said it’s good to hear other people’s philosophies. (I was laughing at you signing off as kingslett, because i find that sort of thing funny).
((((((((((((ewinbee))))))))))))))) I feel you, baby, I feel you.
“just keep swimming; just keep swimming…”
oh and… I have ocd issues too and I apologize for not counting out the exact right amount of parentheses in my hug there…
a tip for fellow ocd’ers: save time– just cut the fringe off your rugs.
