   I first picked up Louise Hay’s book in the mid-Eighties and promptly read it cover to cover. Back you up on this one 100%!!

   That is such a great point. I think it also has to do with what a person says though. Like “I’m sick and tired of that,” or “This is a pain in the butt.” lol When someone has a rash I ask them if they like to say they are “irritated” about something.

   wyrdling - everything you can imagine in a snippet / sound bite. The book has been reprinted a gabillion times and is very refined.

   I have sensitized skin, as opposed to sensitive skin. sensitive skin was always that way; sensitized becomes so after being overloaded with toxins over time.

   my face is MAD AS HELL AND IT’S NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANYMORE!

   Of course everything is connected (Saggitarius)!!
   A friend of mine used to be sick with a sore throat and an upset stomach all the time and it was obvious that she had communication and anger issues that she didn’t resolve.
   It is always obvious to the people outside, not to us.

   I had terrible problems with my arms until last year, when I made the connection between my communication levels (poor; I wanted to keep everything inside) and my creative self (starved; I was too caught up in stupid crap to make time for myself).
   Even being aware of the connection made me a lot better.

   This particular video rang very true.
   My husband of 17 years has been ill for most of that time, my mother has been living with cancer for the last 4 years. I done much research for many alternate sources of healing. Hooray for Louise Hay, Hooray for you for.

    So I have just recently been experiencing a shingles flare-up which is the superficial expression of the dormant chicken pox virus in the form of blisters. I have also been having incredibly vivid dreams where I yell and scream at people in my life, so much that spit is flying from my mouth. I didn’t even realize that I was so angry.

    Satori - I had “sensitized” skin too, and it improved a lot after I stopped using chemical laden lotions/makeup. I only use natural stuff now and skin is much happier

    I’ve had a lot of problems with ovaries/uterus - pain, cysts, difficult cycles. And it’s almost always when I’m stressed out and frustrated that it starts. All the backed up energy just stores up here and disrupts everything. Crazy, but I’ve found no better relief than good sex The pain just melts away

    Ana– I concur! sex also makes my skin softer.
    I think sex is a cure for everything.
