Astrology And Archetypes: Which Goddess Are You?
Outtakes and Various Other Sundries
This is very interesting but whatever you do turn down your speakers before you click.
Finding your predominant Archetype
Here is a sample:
Pallas Athena…businesswoman in a man’s world (Aries)
Athena, Minerva in Latin, is Daddy’s girl. You adopted his values and are still trying to prove yourself to him. You can cut it in a man’s world but using a woman’s strategies and tactics. Feminists criticise you for selling out to the patriarchy but if they ever want to win a war they will come to you.

Huh. This indicates I ought to be Psyche (Sun in Libra), Ishtar/Astarte (Moon in Aquarius) or Hecate (Capricorn rising), but I really feel more like Vesta.
TrippleCappy - I think I have your birth data and you are not a triple Capricorn so this has been very curious to me for awhile. ![]()
Oh, ha ha ha! I guess I have to change my name then. I checked and found out I think I have Aquarius as my rising sign and Libra moon.
Always something new on here. A whole change of identity! ![]()
Hey Triple Cappy your ascendant is located at 9 o’clock on the horoscope wheel.
Pallas:
I have Pallas conjunct Saturn in Capricorn on my ascendant and I do love my Daddy. He is not an astrology kind of a guy, he is a sports journalist, so kind of the opposite. But since he has been in his 70’s, he has started asking me for love advice from the stars, maybe that’s him knighting me as a witch. I am not sure about advising Feminists in their war, well gosh, why not. Sure, actually, it would be fun, for the right cause and as long as we would use astrology. In high school I got the spirit award which might sound esoteric, but it was like a mixture of being an athlete, a cheerleader and President of the Athletic Association. I love this environment on this blog, all the women responding and the common admiration, cheering for Elsa.
I am a Virgo and that Vesta is almost like me, I like peace and quiet and I hate if somebody destroys the quiet. And maybe that thing about hanging around men is right too… But I definitely hate when somebody replaces something I put somwhere.
i like the way she writes these up. but i still feel like a mishmash of energies (which i guess is good, rather than singing the same note all the time.)
‘course the confusing thing is i know where all my asteroids are, too, and they complicate the story she’s expressing with these goddesses.
but maybe i have more cancer than i think. just incognito. ceres in the first in virgo, and vesta in cancer in the tenth. does that count as mutual reception? ![]()
and, well, diana has always been my favorite. never connected her to pisces. odd to think of a hunter goddess as pisces. i’m curious why she was connected that way. (i mean my pisces sense is always oddly assertive but i attritbute that to my mars.)
Psyche and Hecate for me (4 planets in Libra; Saturn singleton in the 7th house). Natally, Psyche is quite prominent: in exact trine with ASC from the 8th house:O)

I know this is a really basic astrology question, but if I look at my chart, how can I find my rising sign? And what about my “moon sign”?
