I am still writing the soldier’s son and it’s been very interesting. I just have no qualms about saying anything because I believe I will be understood.

For one thing, we both know the same person but besides that the astrology does make you do a double take. Moons conjunct. Ascendants conjunct. My Mars Mercury in Libra conjunct his Venus in Libra.

There is also a Jupiter Neptune conjunction across the charts and his Chiron is conjunct my Ceres.

Now remember the soldier’s mother has a box that contains the things she feels made her son a man? There is not much in that box. There is a picture of the soldier’s father, his first rosary, his jump wings, the bundled knives, a picture of his son when he was a baby and 3 pictures of me. There might be something else in there but I think that’s about it so it occurred to me this was something else we had in common. We are both in that box and have been for years… decades and then last night I got the soldier’s mother’s birth data. You might think I’d have had it long ago but no.

It popped up for the first time last night and lo and behold her Sun is conjunct my Moon and her Moon is conjunct my Sun. She also has Venus Mercury in Libra conjunct my Mars Mercury… and a little bit of Leo conjunct my little bit of Leo. It’s mindboggling.

I remember her talking to me when I was a kid. The soldier and I were broken up over the whole I-called-him-a-cock business and she was saying something but I don’t know what because I was crying. I mean I know what she was saying but it’s hazy because I wasn’t talking, I was crying and so her words were lost in a sea of emotion but I do remember thinking at the time, how does she know all this?

Last night I got my answer and now I wonder if his son isn’t having the same experience…
