Vacuumed, doing laundry, cooking a French pea & sorrel soup, baking rolls, catching up on e-mails and phone calls, gave myself a facial, bzzzzz, I’m a busy bee…. Doing the MLK march downtown at two.

Well…let’s see. Walked the dogs, cleaned my deck and driveway, picked up trash and dog s#%t from a 170 pound St. Bernard.

Baked cookies, cooked paella and contemplated making tiramisu (I know, thinking about it does not count).

I’m not even gonna’ talk about the marathon of interviews I’ve watched in the last 24 hours at ‘Out There TV’……
I just cannot seem to sit still physically or mentally!

I gotta’ lotta’ Mutable energy to begin with! Sun and Merc in Sadge, Jupiter in Pisces and Pluto and Uranus in Virgo. I cannot wait for Mercury to go Retro this month!

I made vegetable barley soup, French pea and lettuce soup (!); tomato sauce for pizza; am baking an apple pie and a pound cake; cleaning out papers and paying bills, doign email; organizing in general. Went out and bought three sweaters this am, I was in dire need and despise shopping except for grocery/food/gourmet shopping and buying (get this) cleaning products and tools. Feeling zippy myself as I am eating lowfat and high fiber! I know that’s funny but it does actually make me feel happy.

Now not only do I feel like a slacker for not doing anything today, but now after reading the comments I am hungry. What a good day to make soup though.

You’re Italian, you’re supposed to say ciao. And wear big dark glasses. And a scarf.

    Like Eddie Izzard intended.

max - I do all that but I have Snoopy the Flying Ace on my mind at the time. I have always wanted to be that dog!

  7. jamie says on 1/13/08 at 4:10 pm:

NO WAY, Elsa!! Snoopy is my all time favorite character ….and hero! Who’d a thunk?

OMG, I’ve always identified with Snoopy, too. Seriously, right next to my computer is my metal Peanuts lunch box from first grade, and it holds note pads, pencils, etc. If my house was burning, it would be one of the things I would grab on the way out. I’ve never fallen out of love with Joe Cool. *sigh*

I’ve been twitchy all day and can’t seem to focus on anything. Been thwacking myself over the head for being negative though. Just persnickety virgo nitpicking stuff to the max and its irritating me! Got out of the house because I didn’t want to end up taking it out my roomates.

That is too IRONIC, Avery! I had a Peanuts change purse that I held on to since the 70’s!
It was one of my most prized possessions until my ex had it confiscated in a million dollar drug bust.

No joke. We were seperated and living 1500 miles apart when he decided to stuff marijuana in all of my belongings from storage, rent a moving van, and drive it across the country.(Well, that was his intention before he was stopped.) Anyway, someone in Texas has my Peanuts change purse. I hope that they are giving it a place of honor in their home.
