Saturn in Virgo Square Moon, Mercury In Sagittarius: Fear Of Driving And Depression
Astrology in real life
Saturn = fear and depression… cold weather - Mercury = driving and the mind - Moon = Mood
“I’m nervous,” I said. “Very nervous.”
“Why? How come?”
“I have a long drive tomorrow, bad, bad conditions. I am worried about getting home and how it’s going to be once I get there. I am afraid I will spiral down.”
“Don’t spiral down.”
“Going to try not to. I will try not to get caught, I hope. But come on.”
“I know and unfortunately it’s going to be awhile.”
I stared.
“Okay then don’t lay down. Go bootle then.”
“Bootle?”
“Yeah. Go ahead and go bootle,” he said waving his hand.
“What is that?”
“Bootle? Go run around. Go bootle the way you do.”
“Is that a word?”
“I don’t know. I think it’s a word.”
I get up to go bootle while he stays in bed to watch TV.
“Look, it’s a lighthouse,” he said. “I wouldn’t mind living in one of them. I could do that.”
“You could not. There is no one there to fight with. No one to fight with and no one to fuck,” I said.
“Well I’d have you there,” he said.
“Oh. What are you going to do when I throw you out of the house?”
“Id say, P, ships are going to crash in the rocks. We have to turn the light on.”
How are others faring with Saturn’s square to the Moon and Mercury?

I’m actually doing better than expected. Able to talk to my lover about matters I normally would have a great deal of trouble with…and he’s not falling asleep like he normally would, LOL.
Ahhh but I am just kidding, in a way.
Now that I am seeing the tail end of my first Saturn Return, I’m seeing Saturn more of a friend than a foe. Lessons are welcome these days. I want to learn more so I can moooove forward.
on the outward sweep of the pendulum.
hopefully to not turn too excessively cynical before i swing back to center.
i’m actually more likely to have important conversations during hard saturn aspects. and am better able to communicate difficult things. oddly enough.
Another one of my pets died. That’s the fourth this year. I think I am finally accepting everything that goes along with that.
(The communication part comes in because I had to leave them with my sister far away, and she let me know over Myspace.)
Since Saturn is within 3 degrees of my Virgo Mercury, everything I say lately has been “harsh” or “cold” or “nasty”. And with all the Sag planets square them, people are like, “We just want to have fun, and she’s spoiling it!”
Sigh.
Elsa, Uranus is also square Sun/Moon/Mercury. Wonder if anyone else is feeling that effect.
Is it like a double whammy when your Saturn is square moon anyways?
How does that work?
Saturn in Virgo squaring my close stellium of moon, mercury and venus in Gemini. I’m finding it easy to initiate difficult discussions (and process my feelings rationally!) whereas in the past I would have either blown everything out of propotion in one huge emotional outburst or run away from communication/interaction with others by hiding out in my cave. I have become almost fearless–but in a very controlled, thoughtful and civil (my Libra rising) manner. And I’m working through all my fears, especially those involving intimacy and trust. I had been dreading this Saturn in Virgo transit due to its hard aspects (conjunct natal uranus, mars and pluto in early degrees of Virgo, and square natal moon, mercury and venus in early degrees in Gemini) but I can now see how I’m being “refined” through facing–and finally dealing with!–certain realities in my life.
It may be a tough sky today, but this convo amuses me to no end. “We gotta turn the light on!” *lol* And it’d probably work, too. ![]()
As for “bootle?” He’s a southerner, man. We make shit up. ![]()
