“Yet Elsa despite this horrible/ugly response towards you, you still helped that family with its “missing son” issues. How is this possible? What are the limitations of your heart? And no disrespect at all here, but do you see yourself as having martyr like tendencies? And for you, what is the purpose of those inclinations?”

Violet, you don’t sound disrespectful to me and it’s a very interesting question. No I don’t see myself as having martyr tendencies at all. Absolutely not. I will swing a helmet right at your head, get me pissed off. I will burn your hut. But I have to feel injured to react in that way and in that circumstance I did not feel injured.

I felt the brothers were injured but personally, I just didn’t take that guy seriously. See these stories are big (Jupiter) and I can never tell them all. With more information how I managed this would become clear.

For example, before I took that trip with the brothers, my sister and I had dug into the charts of all involved. I actually wrote that conversation and it was ROLLICKING. We were in fine form telling jokes about the possibilities of how it might be when I collided with these people which meant I was showing up as a “detached” observer in large part. I was “goin’ in” as my sister and I would put it and coming back with a full report. So when this guy acted out, he made himself fodder for our jokes…

On that note, I have a very strong Jupiter and my sister is a Moon Jupiter conjunct in Sagittarius, so STORY, baby. That’s what we want and on that note, this guy played right into our hands. I especially like black comedy so maybe you can see that Personally, this was just not that big of a deal. You also might factor in my background. It is incredibly acute so the idea I would be crushed because some bigot called me “nigger” is a joke.

This does not mean I was insensitive to the effects on the brothers though. I felt deeply for them but thought I was there as an agent of the universe to ease the whole situation for them and take power from the father. I’d have to write several more books to explain why this is, but oddly enough this experience was so tailored to my background… well there are times when you just know God is talkin’ and this was one of them

Now the Vietnam Memorial was a whole different thing. That was enormously emotional for me and happening on a whole different level. It was an independent agenda I guess you could say. So for me, had it not been the brothers being hurt this bigot guy would have been the evening’s entertainment, which ultimately he was anyway, though I had to wait a day.

It was in the next day in the car I let go with the jokes, mocking him. Both brothers were laughing like they never had in their lives about that bastard and in short, I taught them both a new way to think about their father. If you ever want to see a bully shredded, put me on it because if I let fly with my knife that person will not recover.

So there you go. I don’t get “martyr” off that at all. I get, “picked the wrong chickie and now you’re dead.”
