1 Minute Astrology - Is She Crazy?
1 minute astrology, 3 minutes long
Neptune and evading. Defending yourself by refusing to take form.

i just make myself out to be a real bitch. i’d wear combat boots walking through the bad neighborhoods and walk like i knew what to do with them. (well, and i did take tae kwon do as a teenager, so i did, a bit.) projecting that out like a shield. a woman who doesn’t look like easy prey tends to get left alone.
in my experience.
one of my friends had a story of time he was surrounded by a group of guys intent on plastering him, so he drew his knife and licked it. he didn’t intend to slice his tongue, but he did, and took that as a cue to start laughing maniacally…. and those guys took off running.
so, yes, pretending to be crazy does seem to work.
I do that too, wyrdling, I pretend to be badass sometimes when I’m in a situation that feels threatening. I project as much Mars energy as I can muster. It seems to work really well. One time I really scared a man who was out fishing with his family. I was walking through the woods projecting this Mars/soldier aura and when I emerged and I saw a family there I stopped. The man had a really good laugh about how an innocent-looking highschool girl scared him.
Oh yes, it works fine because there is no surface for the other’s advances. The question if it’s crazy to act crazy, it is definitely not. Really crazy people think they are ok - you see the difference?
Conny - Good point. But it also may be crazy in that I am pulling all these hijinks to avoid being asked on a date when the other party may not even have this intention in reality.
In whatever case, it sure disturbed me. I have morphed from someone competent, engaging and focused to someone who won’t look you in the eye and has squirrelly body language, going for this effect:
“Well, I thought she was interesting but she’s just too crazy…”
but you can always say no?
except i guess that would be harder with libra.
and you never know who might get turned on by “crazy” and that could backfire on you……
i just sort of avoid being around people if they make me uncomfortable. though, granted, that’s easier said than done sometimes. or i pull on the aquarius moon/distant thing so that i’m detached from their presence. people tend to back off when i’m doing that. though it’s not very “nice.” sometimes nice gets in the way of taking care of yourself.
I remember someone, a comedian I think, saying if you’re being attacked you should wet yourself and they won’t want you. maybe next time someone looks as though they’re going to ask you out you should wet yourself.
of course there’s Steve Martin and his corallary: throwing up on your money when someone’s trying to rob you… but I just do that on a regular basis, you know, right into my handbag, pre-emptively solving all of the aforementioned problems.
ah, if only the crazy were pretend… that’s just how I roll.
I’ve done the avoidance thing many times but acting crazy? nah . . .
I do remember one of the things I like about being married is it’s a clear statement (at least in my eyes) that I’m not available.
I have a t-square saturn/nept to mercury. Often I’ll just say something to completely confuse people and they’ll wonder where I’m taking the conversation. Unfortunately it doesn’t appear as crazy like a fox, it’s more dumb like a box of rocks.
But I knows of that which I does ![]()
OMFG you just described how deal with life. I’ll say whatever not to have say no F off to someone. No boundaries too much emphaty. Rather then say anything to offend someone else I’d much rather make nyself undesirable or pretend I’m a nutcase or whatever. Wow I never gave Neptune much thought but at second glance it’s my most aspected planet along with venus. I also have an extremely aspected Uranus and I’m a pisces. Considering these positions and aspects I must come across as ET ( I much prefer Alf when it comes to aliens btw).

My husband does this sometimes. He’ll say things that don’t make any sense to get out of a conversation that is going nowhere. He has Neptune and Mercury conjunct in Scorpio, opposite Moon in Gemini. So in his case, I guess that would be crazy like a fox!
In my case, I acted crazy on occasion riding the city bus home from high school. It is a hostage situation on city buses, so sometimes the best option is to be crazier than the crazy person drooling on you!
