Elsa you squishing up that bread reminded me of something my health-nut SO calls wonder-balls: that bread you can roll into a little ball and pop it in your mouth. UGH! ugh and HA HA at the same time!
All that packaged food is such a landfill nightmare, isn’t it? It is sad that the current USA general population’s food culture is so lacking in many ways…
1. eating on the go
2. too much prepared foods (high sugar, fats, no fiber and limited veggies and fruits.)
3. portions are too large
4. how many perservatives come with all the packed and processed food?
6. unnecessary food dyes, wax, etc.
7. plant seeds modified for look but lacking in flavor.
It will be interesting to see what Saturn in Virgo brings AND Pluto in Capricorn.

Feed the extra bread to the birds! Virgo - less waste!
(although, in my house, we called it “ball-bread,” and I’m not sure birds would even want it)
Fantastic Elsa.. I loved that.. and was highly entertained.. especially when you said add capers so you don’t bore your mouth laughs… thank you for coaxing a smile!
By the way I really enjoy these clips… you are so engaging.. and exude good energy.
Good one! Can’t remember the last time i ate bread that wasn’t whole grain of some sort. Lunch at work is usually a Rye Krisp cracker, good cheese & an apple.
Have to put in a plug for growing greens & tomatoes on your patio if necessary . . . they taste great & it’s easy to do. I have a thing about wanting to know the history of the food i eat.
