Never Mind The Intensity - Two Grand Trines In Earth Show Up For Dinner And Jaws Drop

Astrology in Real Life…

earthThe soldier and I discussing the weekend.

“We ate like pigs at that Italian place,” I said. “God. I don’t think Ohioans ever saw two people eat like us in their life.”

“No, probably not.”

“Yeah, we have that big ol’ salad… that thing was huge and here they come with these other salads. I guess you didn’t know dinner came with these, he said. Oh yeah, we knew. We want this and that. We want our dinners too. We want it all, just dump it in our trough right there,” I said with a chuckle. “And by the way where’s our bread ’cause we’re hungry! I don’t think people expect us to eat the way we do. I think they’re surprised how we just eat and eat and eat.”

“Yeah, don’t bother the dogs when they’re eating, you might lose your arm.”

Do you heartily enjoy eating heartily? Got much earth in your chart?

only my Virgo MC but I love good food and enjoy cooking with quality ingredients, one the reasons we have a huge garden. Now my Aries & my composite chart has the Sun/Venus/Jupiter in Capricorn trine Saturn in Virgo - and good food is a big part of our life together. Oh yes, I enjoy eating too . . . too much!! :D

I love to eat! I have a healthy appetite for food and other pleasures. Virgo Mars for earth, but I think Cancer Venus counts for some of that appetite.

Cool video here about women with great appetites:

I LOVE TO EAT! Taurus Sun, Capricorn Moon. I don’t know a Taurus Sun who doesn’t love their food.
Incidentally, I am strangely titillated when I watch my SO chopping or preparing food. Hee!

I only have Mars in Virgo, retro at that, but food is one of my great pleasures..cooking and eating.

The way I scarf down food, I am always amazed that I don’t weigh more…though :confession I do watch the balance of protein/fats/carbs I create.

What a nice topic. It gives me another reason to head out to get a soft ice cream cone.

Thank you Elsa.

Heartily. Couldnt tell you why. Itailan Grandma? Leo Sun Cap Moon Virg rising. I just do not know. But I often say I dont trust folks that do not love food. Now, you meet people from time to time that have their reasons, but mostly…what up with that?

Lupa that video was fantastic thanks…i see voluptuous people around town everyday and think they are beautiful ~wish they were represented more often in the media.

but obesity for me is another thing altogether as is anorexia. when i view a person in either of these states i can’t help wondering if there are not issues at play that go beyond the level of a diet and a membership at a gym fix. i don’t know, but i think the issue is complex as some of the previous responses to this post have indicated.

as for myself, my appetite fluctuates. at times i am a gourmand and at other times finicky. sorry, don’t know the astro :)

Earth trine here…hmmm…Shall I post first, then eat dinner? Dinner won. Love my food.
As Earth signs will, yet with the quantity of food consumed is currently being enhanced by Jupiter in Sag now?

I have a Taurus moon, and I’m always afraid that someone will eat all of my food, lol. I guard my sweets and desserts the most, though!

My grade ten math teacher told my Mom she could motivate me with food. And, just saturday my friend Ralen was (finally!) free so we went back to our favourite place, I hadn’t thought about it from the earth sign angle but the fact is she’s Virgo, trine my sun and cnj my Moon and the best eating companion I’ve ever had. We just sit there getting more food and more wine until we roll on out.

It’s better for my soul if it is taste bud-a-licious, but it’s fuel.

No. I eat to stay alive.
I know intellectually that others eat to enjoy the food, so I cook for them to enjoy. I just eat standing so I can gooooo!

Piscesdream, Elsa wrote elsewhere in this blog about Taurus Moon’s hating to share food (at least, I think it was Elsa!) you may get a chuckle out of that thread

I just tried to find that post for a half hour and it is completely inaccessible by any kind of search I know how to do. It seems anything older than about 9 months on this site is completely lost. :-(

Yes! cooking for my family is a huge part of me…I love to cook loads of food and sit with my family and watch them enjoy….it gives me thrills….it is a way of showing love for me…We (spanish, latinos, hispanics) have a saying that says, “the way a person eats and dances is how they make love and view life”. Con gusto!!!!
