vidroid“I don’t wear polyester, I’m a Taurus.”

So says my son.

Nope . . . and with Taurus on my 6th House, I LOATH polyester - it feels very unhealthy to me! I like natural fibers next to my skin. 100% cotton sheets too! :)

Would now be a good time to talk about my obsession with cashmere? The Scottish kind, of course, the other crap pills. I buy it used, cos I’m cheap, like my Scottish parents taught me to be. :)

OMG That is NOT why my name is kashmiri, tho! HA HA HA! Just realized how ridiculous this is…

Depends on how the polyester is treated…though after going to Hawaii recently and realizing that zipoff pants from REI don’t work well there even with the weather changes, I think I finally get why people might be bugged by it.

Cashmere is good . . . Cashmere is WONDERFUL!! :)

And the word is “frugal”, not cheap . . . I had a Scots great-grandmother & have a father who’s middle name is Fergus. So I know frugal. :-D

*lol* kashmiri,
and I just thought I had figured it out!

Me, Jupiter, Mars, Mercury in Taurus (5th/6th house). I love cotton and linen, dislike satin, BUT I have to admit that my most favorite blouse ever (dark green with floral design, makes me look like a pasture) is made of polyester. I still do love it and myself in it. And it doesn´t feel bad either…

Oh, and I´m allergic to wool, if that is of interest (due to nil planets in Aries? Just kidding…) .

Taurus asc here (+ earth planets). Had a bad experience as a baby when I pulled a hot cup of tea off the table over myself. In the panic, mum wrapped a synthetic baby blanket around me and flew to the doctors. I’ll spare you the gory details - but if the blanket was of natural fibres the scarring on my shoulder would have been less. I avoid synthetics -they’re bad, bad, bad.

Scottish men have a rap for being tight! My dad was very much a big spender on food and drink and clothing when he was single (Taurus Moon to a tee, wanted the best to injest).
Wore super beautiful clothes he still has in perfect nick in the closet…
BUT HE’S STILL CHEAP! ha ha!

That story of you as a little babe makes my heart hurt! :(

Triple Taurus here - Sun, Mercury and Ascendant. 100% cotton, cashmere, linen, I love real fabrics. I own polyester, but rarely wear it. I love things that feel as good on the inside as they look on the outside - and I buy most everything at thrift stores. I like high end quality stuff but I refuse to pay full price for it. I’m frugal to a fault. I couldn’t afford myself otherwise.

I think that Taureans particularly like cheese.
