This is classic for Venus (love) Neptune (illusion, deception). Also, I have Neptune on the midheaven (public image) so reality obscured.

He’s a Pisces rising so who knows what he’s up to. Those two fish are a trip!

“See bottom line, they thought you were the Big Bad Wolf,” I said.

“Big Bad Wolf?”

“Uh huh.”

“Then who are you? Are you supposed to be Little Red Riding Hood?” he laughed.

“Well yeah. I’m her and you are the wolf trying to trick me.”

“You? They think you were Little Red Riding Hood? That’s unbelievable. I’d of liked to…”

“No, you aren’t kicking anyone’s ass. You aren’t beating anyone up. It’s too late for that. I am just telling you what was going on back then.”

“I can’t believe they thought you were Little Red Riding Hood.”

“Well I don’t know why not. You thought I was Catholic! Seems to me you were all equally confused. You were all mixed up.”

“Well at least you look Catholic. You look Italian, therefore you look Catholic.”

“Yeah?”

“And come to think of it, I guess you look like Little Red Riding Hood too. Damn! It’s that face of yours. It’s those damned dimples. Good lord I can’t count how many times that face got me in trouble. It makes everyone think you’re innocent. You look innocent as hell.”

“I am innocent,” I said.

“Yeah, you are. You’re innocent until you start swingin’ a helmet at my head,” he said. “You’re not innocent when you’re pissed off, P. What you are is deadly, but yeah. I can see how people would think you’re Little Red Riding Hood. But how they thought I was a Big Bad Wolf, I will never understand. I never did anything but treat you right.”

“It’s true. But they did think you were tricking me. And the irony is that I was tricking you.”

“You were tricking me?”

“Well, yeah. I was tricking you left and right. My age for starters. You didn’t know how old I was. I’m in the damned bar underage for chrissakes! So it’s a terrible mind fuck when you get right down to it. For me, that is. Not for you, because you didn’t know what was going on anyway. You had no idea.”

“No I didn’t. If I’d have known about any of this, I’d have done something about it. Why didn’t you tell me any of this, P?”

“You’re kidding, right?”

“You thought I’d go kick someone’s ass?”

I laughed. “The thought crossed my mind.”
