Commenting On The Comments - The Soldier, Scott, Ben… Me, Composite Charts and the Saturn Neptune Opposition
Astrology in Real Life…
Regarding how the various people I know are seen (or not seen), Heather, who’s been reading my blog for five years, surfaced with this:
“I also think time has something to do with it, I’ve been reading your blogs for over 5 years now, and so a lot of the people you write about I feel like I know and I keep the stories in the context that I know them in. I can picture the bar and the pool tables with the soldier dancing with the other girl, I can see Scott holed up in his apartment, again, and you yelling at the door. So sometimes these stories are like clips from a favorite film, if you don’t know the film the clip could have a completely different meaning.”
I responded to her on that blog so you can read it if you want. But then I decided to elaborate, and when it occurred to me how distinctly Saturn / Neptune this is, I decided to take it to the front of the blog so these are my (other) thoughts on this:
~~
First, the soldier would flip his lid if he came on here and saw people questioning his feelings for me. Seriously, he’d get so hot so fast, it makes me laugh to think about it.
And he would have a lot to say, believe me. You’d get a 100 page document detailing the depth of his devotion and appreciation to me, and you’d get it in triplicate.
And it’s very interesting how this cannot come across (and I don’t think it does, unless it happens to for certain individuals) in the writing. He writes as well and if people read his version of things… well it would be eye-opening.
I am not sure if you were around (Heather) when Scott surfaced after more than 10 years. I had been writing about him. I don’t think people even believed me. They thought I was making him up. But then he popped up and he started writing about various events from his perspective, with his language and people just flipped. So did I because it was simply astonishing.
Because before he popped up, people (including me) only saw Scott through my words and my read on things which is seriously one-dimensional, in spite of how I write. And believe me, these people… my friends can walk and talk like you wouldn’t believe. So when Scott started writing on my blog (I posted his stories directly) it was a phenomenon, like all the sudden seeing in 3-D.
But anyway, the soldier almost never reads here and I know for sure he’s not reading now. And I’m glad! Because if he did, he would surely has a heart attack to find his loyalty to me, or whatever it is, being debated.
::shakes head::
I am pretty sure there would be like a rampage, over being misunderstood around something so important to him, so perhaps this is his Jupiter protecting his body, eh? He won’t be keeling over today, courtesy the Elsa blog.
And Ben too. He occasionally… very occasionally, like every couple years, shows up and reads my blog. And when he does, he invariably asks me who the people commenting are.
“Who are these people? he asks. Because from his perspective, people don’t get me at all. “It’s like they are talking to some kind of alien,” he explains.
And he hasn’t said this once, but every single time he’s come around. He just can’t function on the confusion that surrounds me. “They just don’t understand you at all,” he says. And the funny thing is, I am sure people who read would argue with him, in spite of the fact he has been a very close friend of mine for more than twenty years and ought to know! See how this is? Who is right?
So anyway, this is has been fascinating for me and very Saturn / Neptune! Which is appropriate since the aspect is nearly exact. And for me personally, being a Saturn Neptune type natally, I am always part hologram. But as far as the soldier goes, he’s a Pisces rising! So of course you can’t see him.
And further, our composite chart has a 24 degree Aquarius rising, which means the current Saturn Neptune opposition is lying on the angles. So considering this, it’s no great surprise that the reality (Saturn) of the relationship is obscured (Neptune). And everyone should expect this to continue for some months because Saturn / Neptune isn’t going anywhere short term, which is cool. It means this is something to watch, like the tide coming in and going out again. If you pay attention there is a rhythm and the question, is it real or is it Memorex? Time will tell. Stay tuned.
With the Saturn Neptune opposition nearly exact, can you see how is it manifesting in your life? Can you see the hall of mirrors?

Oh yeah, I’m seeing the Saturn/Neptune thing like you wouldn’t believe. Reality is shifting, imaginary fears abound and dreams are coming true on all fronts.
I think some of us get a clearer picture of you than others. I’m often baffled by the responses you get but then I tend to take you at your word and don’t assume that I need to know any more of any story than you offer up for us.
Yeah, I was around and it was really fun hearing the same stories from the different perspective. And in his unique voice, it was the first time I really thought of non-fiction writers haveing voices. My English teacher background always picks out the fiction ones, but every author has their own voice and that became so clear at the time.Like being at a reunion of sorts with good friends telling stories but adding their twists and giving the back story that they couldn’t tell you at the time. And I loved when Scott brought out the tapes! A whole other layer.
Heather - thanks for posting. Very cool to hear you describe this. Make me want to post the soldier’s voice. You’d flip to hear his version of things. He can rant worse than I can… by far!
Anyway, thanks for being part of my saga, maaan.
