Quitting smoking is horribly difficult under any moon. Please go say hey and give her some support. There is a New Moon in Capricorn today, so lets all prop her up!!

Great job Barbara. The very hardest legal substance of all to quit—nicotine being the second greatest love of my life after alcohol, and now, bereft but healthy, I use neither.

AND you made it public, it’s not like telling a few friends, you told the world.
