Saturn Transit Through Leo - How Does It Act? Venus In Leo Square Neptune Speaks!

Just Blathering…

hollywood signAll right! I finished that Scorpio bit and I was going to talk about taboo. I’m still going to, but not today, with the Moon in Leo. It makes no sense.

Instead I decided to write about Leo and Saturn’s transit through the sign. Because it’s gone direct, and in it’s been in Leo long enough I have a pretty good feel for how it’s playing my life so I’ll tell you and maybe you can see the same thing happening in yours.

Now I have Venus in Leo…square Neptune in Scorpio. And this is a pretty “Hollywood” combination.

On the Leo side, there is always a some glamour and drama in my relationships. There is pomp and circumstance, chivalry, grand displays of affection, etc. That’s Leo. And when you add Neptune, you get some fantasy and some delusion which is really a very nice drug. Sort of like going to the movies. You go to the theatre for what? For an escape!

And they do all kinds of things…tricky things, to make the people on the screen look better than they do in real life. What? Makeup! Lights! Camera angles! Push up bras! People who fix your hair every five minutes!

And if you are the actress, well you can get pretty caught up in this, obviously. And this is good! Because if the actors do not suspend their reality, they will not be able to suspend ours and what do you think that gets you? It gets you a lousy movie! Which I hate by the way.

So anyway, I am partnered (Venus) with various people. Don’t misunderstand. I have one lover…you will meet him very soon, but I am partnered with other people for other things (like this blog). And prior to Saturn going into Leo, these relationships were sort of glam and bigger than life.

Not just the highs, but the lows too. I said, “drama” didn’t I? Well you can’t have drama without dramatic happenings, can you?

So anyway, this is how I was living…this is how it was going and then Saturn showed up. And I’ll come back with what happened but meantime…

How would you characterize your relationships?

Well, I’ve got my 7th house strongly anchored in an early degree of Leo, and Uranus as my first planet in there, so… this Saturn transit has been affecting me pretty seriously all along!

Fittingly, I was actually dating a Uranian as this transit was unfolding! But I ‘grew up and took responsibility’ and we are now ‘just friends’(more Ur!) :-P

Saturn is transiting conjunct my 7H cusp, and I’ve become more interested in relationships and wanting for a profound connection.
I’ve met a leo guy with his sun conjunct saturn.
But we are not commited. I haven’t been commited in 4 years. I’ve had heaps of relationships though, affairs, but i haven’t fallen in love with them. my relationships are very honest, I tend to go out with men i don’t really like, and know nothing will come out of it, and then i kind of get stuck in those relationships, because the guy gets attached and then i get confortable. and that’s the love life of a saturn in the 7H trine venus in cappy. :/
I have leo on the 7h cusp, so I need real love, i’m still hopefull.

I don’t know. But I’d been thinking the last few days that something happened last weekend or so. Like, I was in second gear with both of my men, and now I’m in fourth, and it was smoother than anything else. I almost didn’t feel the gears shift, but I know I’m rolling on the open road now instead of struggling through the city.

And then I came across this. I don’t think I have any Leo action in my chart. Third and fourth house are empty, and that’s where Leo falls for me. *shrug*

It’s noteworthy, I think, that two big relationships fell out of my life recently, and two of the remaining ones seem to move forward.

my relationships: like panning for gold. there’s not much left in there at this point but what’s left is worth keeping.
